It's not too common, but there are boats with cabins located at the bow instead of the stern.

Some Tips: 1. If You Venture Out In The Ocean Looking for Somethin, Use fishing spear to spear tiny fish while you at it, everytime you spear it will increased your hunting level (any fish will do) after that just discard the fish or whatever.. 2. Flaregun do nothin to the shark, except you spear em.. Use flare to shoot the sky instead, n the sky will sometimes give u somethin in returns(small to medium chances tho.) 3. When you want to venture to the another island with raft, and you see a shark or any hostile fish approaching towards you, just ignore it, cuz if you kill it, it will respawn again for some times, except you want it's leather or meat.. 🦈 4. In the future there will be Boss Creature, Better Prepare a Lot of Good Equipment Before Hunting Those Creature.. (also lots of bandages) 😉👌 5. Everytime you visit an new island, there'll be always some hostile animal.. 2 Hogs, 1 Kiddo Hogs, 1-2 Snakes, n 2 Giant Crabs You can park your raft at water near the shore, n lure them towards your raft, and you can spear them from raft, cuz they can't swim.. 6. When night comes, if you have lanterns, drop it on the floor near the base.. So the other places ot dark out.. 7. Raft building tips: buoy ball/ tire/ drums can be crafted as a better raft foundation, also those red containers can be salvage too to craft a raft or base.. Also the bigger n wider your rafty is, the slower it moves, make another wind sail to increase the speed.. Maybe that's all the tips that i can point out for you guys at least for your current progress.. Source/Sauses: Exp from lots of content creator or gamers.. 😗👌 Blaze out..

Spawns for big islands, info on sharks/fish and their spawns, and some other random info, read if you please. Unless your game is broken like mine has been, each large island (usually obvious by the big rocks on them in the center) will spawn one large boar, hostile 2-3 baby boars, passive 2 snakes, defensive/hostile 2 giant crabs, hostile Side note, before you open your game whoever is hosting can go to cartographer and see all of the islands as well as where three specific areas are that you should definitely check out when you have better equipment and such :) don't try to change what's on the cartographer table or you'll lose your save I believe. also have some (in game) shark and other fish info tiger shark - easiest to kill hammerhead - ABSOLUTE WORST THEY ARE SO FUCKING FAST Marlin ("swordfish") - actually might be slower than hammerhead ngl, haven't gone toe to toe with one great white - I believe these can spawn around islands but only if you've killed other sharks? also in the deep ocean which is the space between islands more or less, the further out from your starter island also affects spawning I think? Used to there would be two to spawn around random buoys in the world but idk if that's still a thing, and I mean actual buoys not the floating balls that mark the edge of the map. goblin shark - pretty sure I've seen these, haven't fought them, they show up pretty deep out whale shark - haven't fought, deep ocean spawn, probably has a lot of health if I had to guess, also seems slow whale - big friendly baby that you can stand on, once got saved from sharks by one of these, spawns in the deep deep ocean **soft spoilers ahead** ???- big scary fast, spawns at a specific underwater location I forget how you find it ngl ???- big scary fast, spawns near a %#&%$#& floating in the water (deep ocean) ???- BIG SCARY FAST, spawns at a specific buoy underwater all three can be seen on the cartographer :)

the sharks have always ragdolled, there used to be a flying glitch using a shark body

When you eat or drink coconuts, you can drink/eat 2 of them or a combo of the two, without getting sick, but if you don't wait 10 in game minutes (or 10 seconds irl) and eat / drink a 3rd coconut in succession you will get sick.

So after watching I decided to play the game again and discovered a useful little tidbit. When you’re in the water and you’re trying to climb back on your raft, hold down the ‘space bar’ then approach the raft its guaranteed to make your character climb back on
