Happy People Like Finn, Had That Ability That Always Comes With Deep Appreciation For Life : The Ability To See The World As a Good Place. Personal Power is About Taking Responsibility and Taking Action.
For the most part the "people" of the world are good. Its the corrupt Governments that cause 98% of the problems. Now we have to deal with a couple hundred psychopathic billionaires (WEF) that want to depopulate the planet, control everything and own whats left.
Great to see everything falling into place...firewall, water, road widening, glass windows. Good planning/thinking ahead brings good results. Happy for you both! Well-trained Jake and Thor, obeying their master, 🥰🥰 so cute, haha! Wouldn't touch the coconut till you gave the go signal, amazing. Curtains you definitely need for those windows in the master bedroom, as you said it, Finn, " or we'll be totally exposed", haha! Thanks guys for the update, see you on the next one. Happy Sunday!
Thor is such a beautiful dog and well trained. Congrats on getting the road to your new house improved with assistance from the local government! Your neighbors will be so thankful/grateful to you that you partnered with the local government and made improvements on the road to travel to your area. You're new house is looking more beautiful in each video that you share with your subscribers. Your videos provide a glimpse of what it is like and the resources it takes to build a beautiful house like yours in the Philippines ❤
you definitely need to drill a deep borehole well as an alternative water source. assume you have underground concrete storage tanks to catch rainwater from the roof. what water treatment system are you using - are you planning to inject chlorine to kill any bacteria?
13:30 Hey Finn, I might've asked this before, but have you considered large 'bokashi' container? It's a method to ferment your food waste and kitchen scraps and it gives you EXCELLENT liquid fertilizer and the residue pulp after a month in the container mixes with soil and improves the quality of the soil tremendously for your plants and veggies. Check out the larger sizes of 15o litres or so, I think they would be a PERFECT fit for your self sustainability at the lot.
We had a lot of dwarf cocos. They're tastier, sweeter than the regular ones. Glad you have some in your backyard. You need to plant more along your territory line.
Hi Finn, I'm always happy to see progress on your house construction. I wish I can build a house with an Off-Grid setting someday when I retire. I'm an engineer and I only have comments for those large sized glass windows. Did your Engineer designed them to withstand wind pressure during Typhoons in the Philippines? I think there must be some sort of braces (Glass Columns) or columns placed on each joints. Don't under estimate the power of Philippine Typhoons to avoid injuries and damages to your things specially electronics. Otherwise, you need to provide protection for these glass windows to be installed outside if in case of a strong typhoon. Thanks.
Hey guys, we’re finishing hopefully the design of our place. working through what we want our patio doors to be. Are you not concerned about not having screens?
Good morning beautiful couple, thank for the blog this morning, enjoy my coffee, fixing the road to the house, filling up the fuel of the machinery, water problems, looks like you solve all the problem.
Love you guys I’ve been watching you for a year now and so happy for your accomplishments throughout and wow !! What a home and boat buddy life is good
Amazing progress, glad everything is falling neatly into place, testimony of great planning and wisdom. PhilSouth heavy machinery is indeed a game changer….On top of that, your dogs are super obedient and your bolo skills are second to none, what more do you want? 😊. Stay safe guys and see you on your next video. Bye from London U.K. 🇬🇧
Wow it's finished......just got here been gone because my other two phones turned off. Need to update and see how your doing so, your home is finished ....COOL! I missed so much with everyone but, going to catch up . And finally hopefully in 2 months I will be back and be with my wife and build our home too and I will finally be home with you all. Still in Mindanao most likely although I may move to Cebu. Take care you two best wishes
Hi FINN and Sherlyn, it’s getting there, super happy to see the progress, watching here from Maryland,USA, “GOD” bless you both always, we dearly love you and praying for both of you for more blessings, good health and safety amen.
Another challenge met! Water! 💪💪💪 All the rest seems to be moving forward nicely... 👍👍👍 It's not easy bringing everything together with a build... Due to the enormity of this project, it's even more stressful... I must say you both are handling it well! I'm imagining the finished product, and I have to say it will be super! Stay cool and enjoy your Sunday, you two! 🙏🙏🙏 👍😎👍
absolutely gorgeous Finn & Sherlyn... The house looks absolutely gorgeous... Still speaking it into existence... i will one day scuba dive with Finn on his beautiful boat M/Y Gypsy!
althoug there is risk of forest fire, there is also risk of erosion and mudslide.i suggest to plant deep rooting trees on the slopes to protect your house against mudslides
If the pipes aren't buried in clean sand, expect leaks eventually. I made this mistake and sadly required digging up the concrete paths around my house to find leaks, (small rocks puncture agri pipe) Especially if it's near any roadway etc. 🤙🏼🍺
Maybe you need a second tank which will actually be tank#1 with pump #2 at the halfway point to boost it up to a 2nd tank up high to gravity feed into the house ? Hehe just my thoughts good luck
Thanks for all the great videos! We've watched your whole process of building. Now we are starting own design and construction in Palawan. We gave you shout out on our first blogs about design!
I am happy for you. The house is coming along. My house in Southern Leyte is coming along too. But I refuse to leave the USA until the house is done. Not ideal but that is how I roll. I don’t want to be a part of the communication issues. I did research deye and deyness. I am putting together my solar system. Do you have any good contacts for me?
finn you have all that solar power. drop a massive underground tank like 25k gallons add a pump and secondary pump for fire suppression. drop 200k pesos get it over with and you will be very very happy
Hi Finn and Sherlyn!!! So Delighted to see your new home in progress. We all can’t wait to see it finish. Thank you Finn , for Always sharing your journey to us . Stay blessed.❤️🙏❤️
Finn i’ve been watching your blog. I see you building a fence the fireproof your property. I think you should put some solar lights on those posts that your building up the middle of the wall buy some solar lights and this way at night time those lights are on all night. It looks really cool.
So Beautiful 😍, God Bless both, Sabaw isda my paborito/wow dwarf coconut 🥥, you can plant plenty dwarf, you have a big space.nice animal lovers;cats, Dogs ,chickens wow.
Great video content your house is coming together 👍🏽🙏 the water situation in Balamban Cebu is terrible to i told them the wrong pipes was put in to restrict water pressure. I’m in the USA 🇺🇸 now and some of my philipino friends are telling me now there’s very little water pretty much dripping water now 😢 we have a big water tank that holds about 600 L or more. I’m not too sure on the size now I’m glad you could get your water going perfectly good now also have you thought about putting a hot water heater on your shower water if your solar panels is not connected to it
Hello. Wherever and Whenever a WATER LINE CROSSES A ROAD OR DRIVEWAY...IT IS BETTER TO BURY A BIGGER PIPE TO PUT THE WATER PIPE THROUGH...LIKE A CULVERT. TAKE CARE GUY'S.
Looking good Brother! 👍 I meant to ask if any of your family is affected by the eruptions near Grindavik? Been watching since they started last December.
Finn did you think about the strong winds or strong typhoons that can hit your window glass? Is it strong enough to hold it? And even how solid the kind of soil there? I hope it will not happen 🙏 God bless always 😊💕
May I Suggest to both of you Finn and Shirlene plant trees around your house surrounding near your house much better santol trees,Mango trees for protection of the Land and your mansion as well✌️❤️❤️
7:24 funfact: fish tinola is only a bisaya'n menu it doesnt exist in luzon theyre accustom to chicken tinola but in mindanao and probably in visayas fish tinola is the best for lunch and dinner.
