Be Careful of "Chauffeur" Leaders...
Charlie Munger says that his and Warren Buffett's full time job is making sure that Chauffeurs drive cars and real leaders drive companies. Listen to the story of Max Planck and his chauffeur.
Bad things can happen to good people if they are careless. Do not be careless. Work hard on the skills you need to live the life you choose.

The only way you 'learn' goes past the mere linear level of understanding, and to 'learn' is by doing, to be the demonstration and be the change you want in which type of leader you choose to believe in and/or represent. No-one likes a hypocrite.

The act of imitation of speech and ideas are expressed as their own thoughts was called plagiarism. Chauffer may good listener ,Sir. But true leader only have the answer for each critical questions of audience
