We do a small thing, like we set a date and in 7pm(CET) we all log out of the game till 7:10. Small price for us, 10 minutes without the game but EA will see that we are the ones that make out rules, that we matter too cause currently they think they are free to do whatever they want to cause they feel we will aways buy the game and they will always make money. That shouldn't be the case

A simple solution would be to let players improve the cards themselves. Maybe through training or completing different objectives (Similar to manger mode). This would make buying the super high rated meta cards irrelevant because any card can have potential to upgrade all the way to 95+. And we can use cards that we want rather than just relying on few meta cards.

They could add an offline transfermaket that runs with certain points you can earn through playing the game. Like in the single player carrer you can get points all the time through completing things like dribbling past opponents (any mode) and hundreds of more categories like scoring weakfootgoals, it will start with score 1, if finished score 5, score 10....in every categorie, higher rewards the higher reward you complete, it should go up to complete 10000 games, score 100000 goals etc that its not too easy to play 2 games of squad battles an complete it all, and if you played a total of 2000 or 3000 serious games without even focusing on the other objectives. You will have enough points to redeem your moments cantona cruyff or whatever you want from a permanent offline transfermarket that has a consistent price for every player throughout the game

“You can acquire ALL items in the game without ever spending money” so why did people have to buy them for MONEY???

Listen, I got banned, just like a lot of other players for selling cards overpriced. How are you supposed to trade, if you get banned if you make a good profit.

EA claiming you can get every top player by just playing the game and trading etc is a lie here is why. If no one buys fifa points to open packs the supply of cards would be sooo much less than what it is now. If the supply of cards go down so does the efficiency of trading and you can't make enough profit to reach enough coins to buy the players. The only way for you to make coins off of trading is because of lazyness or market inflation by others which means if everyone starts trading no one will make profit. When everyone trades the margins from trading drop below the 5% tax which means you lose money on trades. i played 250 hours of fifa in the first 2 months of fifa with trading and got up to like 1.5 million coins which was quite alot but imagine the hours it would take to get to having all the icon moments players. there is just not enough time since release to achieve that. Also if you wanna do sbc 's orso imagine how much more coins you would need

I’ve been playing FUT since fifa 12, I’ve never had even over 1 million. I do sometimes do some random trading, but even when I’m completing sbcs I get kicked off the servers and have to verify my account for buying players on the 59th min. I can’t imagine what it must be like for pro traders it must be unimaginable. It would be difficult to make it easier to pack icons without going over the top. But it’s manageable for a multi billion dollar company

I compare being able to access every fifa card, to the lottery. Of course, you could spend the time and money purchasing and checking every available lottery card to find the winner, but it’s not time/cost efficient. The same with fifa. Of course in theory you could get every card in the game, but it’s not time/cost effective to do so. Therefore may as well be impossible anyway. Just my two cents.

I packed future stars reyna as a cam while he was out as a rm. That in itself is bullshit but then 2 days later they gave me a free rm version so I sold it. Then 2 hours later they took my 1.4 million coins and ruined my whole club

The problem that Fifa brings is it is so one dimensional for such a popular game, if the “meta” wasn’t to get those fast agile players then there would be more variety in play, as there is in COD or fortnight. If defensive styles were rewarded (Athletico) or high full backs (Liverpool), or even rapid switches of play etc like they were in real football, different players and play styles would be utilised.

Weekend league but you can choose any team you like? So for example you have 100 points to spend: Icon moments: 20 points Any player from your club: 15 points Inform: 5 points Gold rare 85-89 OVR: 2 points Headliners: 8 points Chemistry applied as normal. Etc, it would mean you can use different player and you could extend the total budget of points per week as the game goes on. In competing COD, LoL, Dota, rocket league, you all pick from the same choice of guns, cars and characters, fifa should be the same. Makes it fairer on those who can’t obtain the god tier cars which is basically all of us. Not a solution, but would be a good addition in my opinion...

I saw this coming when Prime Icon Moments SBCS never came a few years ago, and then League SBCs being nerfed last year with no Icon SBCs, This will be worse next year, untradeable all the way, stop any coin gains while increasing cost, League SBC being all untradeable, with less refresh time, so no slow grind on them, but no packs increase This started with the hire of FutEconomist, he's played a part in nerfing grinds, and reducing positive gains in packs and rewards, this must be addressed, look at the time he got hired, and the changes that followed. Make a video of that timeline Nep Edit: BTW, RTGs are gonna be more dead than ever , including RU-vidrs like yourself, remember last year when you considered getting points. Hi Nep, I am a causal fifa player but at the moment I simply find the game unplayable as specific meta cards have to be in your team , this also makes it very tedious, do you think fifa will ever be as good as the classics (14,15,17) or do you think the competition involved has changed the game completely and it will never be as fun for the casual player ?

To get an icon pack should be based on milestones. So for example 1,000 wins in rivals gets u a prime icon. More SBCs with more OBJS in general like the grind in Icon Swaps

When they said you have to be proficient in trading they meant you have to be good at trading your hard earned money for fifa points

I think it makes sense that a prime icon team is better than a gold team but like when it comes to the pro scene then the teams should be equal, especially since some people rely on it for an income. They also need to make it that all the players are available and not behind such a ridiculous time wall where prime icon moments end up being worth £1000’s

Great upload NepentheZ I have nothing to add as I agree with every single world and I hope EA finally looks into the mirror which I doubt. But how sad as it is every year they sell us the same shit and we just buy it and it feels like it get worse every year. Just to put the 60,000,000 coins into context, at an average of 800 coins per game it would take 75,000 games to reach that total. At 20 mins per game it would take you 1000 days straight of playing game after game to do this, at which point there would 3 new games out, good one EA

Dont really play the game anymore, but early in the game cycle i tried to invest in marquee mathups players. 2/3 of the time buying the players, was me waiting to be able to buy players again, after being banned from the market.

They banned ItsJames after he managed to snipe a PIM Kluivert that was min listed by Andy(AJ3) as he lost the game and had to discard players

Sup Nep been a while since I’ve watched your daily vids (still catch up on your draft2glory) as I’ve stopped playing the game for about a month now and honestly best decision I ever made and would urge everyone else who don’t live off this game to do the same. Spend more time with the family or just watching some TV and Movies until lockdowns over with.

lol it genuinely just doesn’t matter. Content creators (Castro, Bateson, Manny, Nick28t, etc) will load up thousands of dollars worth of fifa points. They say “it’s a business write off” but they really are just showing their viewers that if you buy packs with money you can pack good things (Nick28t packing maradona and pele). Another problem is that most of the community likes to complain but we’ll all be back on the game grinding the menu and games bc we love collecting cards and using them in game. EA have us ALL by the balls and there’s nothing we can do. Fifa 22 will come out and we’ll all be so excited forgetting all the wrong ea did the year before. Then Nep will make another video like this for fifa 22, and then 23, and then 24. In the end it just doesn’t matter at all.

Nep compared to the current situation in NBA2k which I am playing right now, it is just so ridiculous to see how unaccessible these players in fifa, I can get a 90 rated Kevin Durant by only playing 3 games in 2k MyTeam, 99 rated metas are everywhere, there will be players with all 99 attributes in endgame, it is just such a difference

Imagine playing a moba (completely different E-Sport genre, i know) and the game prompts you before each match starts; 'You can pay 1,99 to start the game at level 5 instead of 1.' That's how it genuinely feels when I watch people play fut.

It's akin to Jeff Bezos coming out and saying "Everyone can go and build a billion dollar empire lol" because while it is true that it's a free market where anyone has the ability to create a business on the spot, not everyone has the resources, capabilities or just the luck to build it into an empire. Just like, at the start of each game cycle we are all given a bronze team, loan cards and some welcome packs not everyone has the time, money or luck to turn that into a club filled with every single card in the game and EA know that but, as per, are just taking the piss.

It's like on overwatch esports they have home and away skins but In real time they have the same default skin because one could be more camouflaged then another or have a bigger hit box ect and this is good and there is the collectables in game to get and u chose to use them if u want them like EA don't know how to do this game and don't know the struggles us players have to go thru every day how many people from EA have accually played this game if they played it they would know how bad it is

Totally agree with everything you've said, however in regards to your real world example, of goalkeepers using resin on their gloves. This is a known thing, google glove glu, and you'll see what I mean, most pro keepers use this on their gloves before and during games!!
