Always fun to watch you all play. Positive vibes! Fast forward to a near future where you're doing matches on the actual courses of these famous holes. Keep going guys!!!
Hey fellers, this probably wont be seen, BUT... I work at T18 and want to invite yall back to play the course. When yall filmed this it was in really tough conditions and now under a new superintendent things are looking lush. Great video, love the content. Cheers!
@@manilove2pwn My home course is Hollytree Country Club in Tyler. Now that it's getting more into summer. Everything is very green. They thankfully take really good care of the greens. Only gripe I have is the bunkers could have better sand.
the more and more I watch good good.. the more i see how much garrett respects/enjoys having grant around. a true golf purist who works on all the little things garrett seems to nerd out about.
I played in an individual benefit tournament here in dallas and tig, grant, and Stephen were all playing in it. Tig shot -1, I shot +1, and grant +2, Steve +9. (Winner of the tournament shot 4 under 68, I was 10th having shot 1 over) As of then I was better but I think he’s gotten better since then.
Really love to know how many times Garrett try’s to “get after it” and it works out. I feel like it rarely does. As easy as it sounds, hitting the fairway really does help the game. But I also suck a golf and don’t try to rip the cover off the ball every time on the tee box
played this a little over a month ago. Wind was howling which made it extremely challenging and the greens were hot garbage. overall for the price it was a fun experience!
13:45 grants energy is peak! i love it!!! that’s the tm8 in life we all need frfr lol. love you Grant never change dude… wellll maybe change those lip outs but everything else ur /HIM!!
Great video guys. That was a monster drive on the first Grant, I think it skipped of the cart path, but you got lucky, with No scuffs. 3 Birdies is not bad at all
I really like this competition. I look forward to see the upcoming matches. If you could follow this up with two other Good Good players, say Tig and Matt, playing the same twosome and then maybe Bubbie and Steve and see how they do against them comparing it to how Grant and Garrit did against them could be cool. I know it must be challenging to get some of these twosomes to come out once to play Grant and Garrit let alone asking them to come out a second and then maybe even a third time but I can't wait to see some of the other twosomes you boys will be taking on. Good luck guys...
21:56 Garrett, the fix to this is, you need to spend a few seconds before stepping into the shot, deciding EXACTLY what type of drive you intend to hit, and then step up and do it. Clear plan of attack decided before address will free your mind over the ball.
If y’all are still in the area, The Wilderness in lake Jackson is a great course, super pure all the way around and challenging tee shots, 7100 from the tips
Love the 2v2 series, and like several others have said I would love to see Grant or Garrett jump in the cart with the other guys and do interviews. It would be interesting to learn more about the guests!
I used to be a once a year golfer just Cus my family would go. Now after watching y’all I try to play once a month or more. Really falling in love with the game. Just wish I was better lmfao
Once a month play will never get you playing good. I was a scratch player but quit playing because I got poor and have injuries. I try to play once or twice a month as well and still play ok keeping it around 80. But that's only because I was really good. Work on your putting and chipping. Around the green is where you take most strokes off your game or add to it. Good luck.
Love the content fellas. Tour 18 is always a challenge out there but the greens have been unplayable for awhile considering the cost. Definitely looked painful watching the ball roll at the will of golf Jesus!
Love the content you guys keep being to the table!!!! I’d like to see you guys come to Grove Oklahoma and play at Patricia Island sometime in the future!!!!!!!! All love keep up the good work guys
I would love to challenge you guys! If you are ever up in Ohio/Indiana, I would bring a friend and challenge you guys! Love your channel and all that you guys do!
For every PXG ad that I get on every Good Good related video, y'all need to try out this driver cause you'll hit it, "farther and straighter than ever before"
I work at the Golden Gate Park golf course in San Francisco (9 hole Par 3 - not just an easy pitch and putt). My coworker Jason is a 2 handicap former PGA caddie and I would love to see one of you play him! Hit me up, I know he’s down
2 hadicap is ok but I would guess Garrett and grant are closer to +3's.. big difference in golf game between a 2 and +3 it's more than the 5 shots you would give someone... But golden gate park is fun haven't played there in days though
@@benmartinez8995 Garrett might be a plus handicap, but Grant probably is not. If he is, he's probably at best +1. I'd bet scratch. Garrett is likely a +2 or so.
One Question Garrett: I noticed you played the Chrome x Triple Track. Do you use the triple track for all putts or just short ones, or at all ? How do you like the ball altogether (distance, spin etc.)?
I bought a dozen a couple weeks ago. First round, I almost split one of the triple tracks in half (and that’s not a brag, it was on a par 3 tee shot on the 7th hole of the balls life). I’ll never buy them again
I feel your pain, boys. Those greens are horrible. The ball never rolls true(like a snake). My home course is the same way. It’s really frustrating on a good ball striking day.
