Hey guys - take it from an old married couple who built their own place mostly by themselves, stuff’s going to happen! 15 years of building by by us and we still have our moments. I hope you feel a great sense of accomplishment now. My wife and I built our 30x40 steel building by ourselves (JC/DC in the AZ) and it took its tole. But now we look at that building and think, "we did that! We built that all by ourselves and IT IS AWESOME!" The roof looks great and the building is SUPER cool! I'm curious what you are planning for your solar build. We did our own too (also documented on our channel) and I really learned a lot! If you need any guidance or any help, we're happy to help - we live in Saint David near everyone else over here, so it's not really that far away.

Thanks for your honesty. Also have you considered using lime plaster on the exterior? It weathers better than cob and is still natural.

That trim is called "barge flashing" and the foam is "foam closure" and it looks like you did it all right 👍👍 Why aren't you using drill-point sheet metal screws, or tek screws as they are called ?
