We React To Witt Lowry: Last Letter - ANOTHER HOW COULD YOU LEAVE US?! 

Oh man, I was doing okay for the first half of the song and then I broke 😢 Had never heard this song before but it was as if Witt was re-telling my story (minus the way his father passed away). Unfortunately I lost my dad very suddenly in 2018 but any time I’m reminded of the things that he’ll miss out on as time goes on… that’s what hurts me the most. Hearing artists like Witt, NF and Rory Rodriguez from Dayseeker sing about the loss of their parents and the range of emotions that comes with it is comforting on some level to someone like me. I’ve added this one to my Spotify now. It deserves a few more spins.

Witt has a way of articulating that makes the words hit so deep. There is a guy called Ollie who also does this and you can feel the pain.

HOLY SHIT I was going to become a pateron just to request Witt Songs. I’ve been listening to NF for like the past 4 years and he’s saved me. I got the opportunity to see him live and I cried the entire time. I just went back and watched your entire NF journey today and saw Witt in the recommend. I really hope you have listened to more of Witt’s music now. I have seen him 3 times and was lucky enough to have meet and greets with him each time. He is an incredible artist and person ❤ He has saved me so many times. The 1st thing I said to him was I FEEL YOU, because that is something that he has, the ability to relate on so many different levels. I can’t speak highly enough of him and am so proud of how he has grown yet continues to be himself. Thankful he shares himself with us. #TEAMWITT

I didn’t realise you guys had reacted to this. I’ve been listening to Witt since 2015 and I’ve seen him live twice. This song had me in tears live. The crowd singing the chorus back to him as loud as we could broke all of us. He cried too.

This came out a year after How Could You Leave Us. NF, in his own words, "started a movement" and "gave me music as medicine". Not familiar with Witt Lowry, but so glad he has a way to express his pain. Heartbreaking to listen to these artist tell their stories. Thank you for sharing and reacting 💕

Lost my father to Cancer at age 13 back in 2016. I can't even begin to stress the importance this song had on helping me deal with the grief after it was released. One of the only songs I will cry to EVERY single time it is on. Witt did an incredible job.

He made a song about losing his grandfather to dementia that (as someone who went through the same thing) tears my heart out but also makes me feel less alone. It’s called “The War I’m Scared to Face” and is an incredibly touching song.

When I went to his tour back in 2019 he played this song and he had to take a short break afterwards. He’s such an amazing lyricist and I love how he uses that raw emotion to express himself, one of my all time favorite artists and helped me through so much.

Saw witt live in Dublin 2019,he was that good we flew to Germany the following week to see him again.... He played this song, both times I sobbed for him! Little did I know when I flew back to Dublin I found out my step dad had cancer, 2 weeks later he passed... I HAVE NOT listened to this song since, unless it's a reaction video!

I know you guys want to see a different side to Witt and you guys also like drops so I suggest listening to Rise - Witt Lowry issa banger for sure And if you want another deeper and creative one, "Reaper" is an amazing concept song I've never seen a more original concept song I'm sure its been done before but what he pulled off with this is really special & it also kinda fits in perfectly with Oxygin and Last Letter, I always see these 3 songs as a trio The concept is inspired by his dad but not really about either of them Its a personification of something speaking from its perspective, other than that I won't spoil it because I really hope you guys get around to it. I understand Witt isn't insanely popular but is creativeness will never fail to blow you away and I think with or without a lot of views, he'll really take you on another journey. There's no clear path in this journey but its a powerful and beautiful journey through the creativity of Witts mind nonetheless, I really hope you guys keep on Witt, he really deserves more attention but being and independent artist he hasn't really blown up like he should

I recommend "Tried to be Nice" by Witt for a more aggressive/positive song. More of him flexing his lyrical capability and kind of a hype song for him. One of my favorites.

If you're looking for something by Witt that is like...completely contrasted to this, take a listen to "Tried to be Nice", it's like the dynamic between Eminem and Slim Shady and how the style is completely separate even though its the same person. Tried to be Nice is great, but has me laughing my ass off every time I hear it. I definitely recommend powering through some more of his music, it'll be a rollercoaster for you all musically and while he might not be the top performing artist on your channel in terms of analytics, his fanbase is one of the most dedicated I've seen and you'll definitely get the love you all deserve. A pleasant surprise to see Witt Lowry back on this channel, I've listened to thousands of hours of NF before but at the moment Witt is my absolute favourite artist, his diverse and intrumental beats combined with his delivery make a very pleasant sound that very few artists can even wish to have. I'd definitely recommend listening to some of his more introspective and creative songs like Reaper, Piece of Mind 4, Lately, Dreaming With Our Eyes Open, Wonder If You Wonder, not to mention the entirety of his Never Road album. Blood In The Water, The Rise and My Mistake and Yikes are more confident tracks but still awesome, especially if you prefer those type of songs, and Welcome and I Could Not Plan This are the best sounding album intos I've ever heard. I might've missed a few, but I'd like to think that he's going to be a regular on this channel so you'll get to most of those regardless.

I'm happy you guys did this reaction. I actually found NF through Witt, I was a Witt fan before I even knew anything about NF. He's been gone for a little while to be honest I kind of forgot about him but I see he's back and as a whole new catalog.... now I have something else to dive into. He is a lot like NF he has a lot of emotion in his songs, the difference is NF talks a lot about depression anxiety and stresses of life while Witt focuses on struggles, life and relationships Plus sometimes I'll hit you with just a banger nothing but bars on bars. I gotta suggest “Dreaming with our eyes open.” One of my favorite songs from him along with “Hurt” featuring a good friend of mine Deion Reverie his voice is incredible. Then I’d check out the song Crash. Seems like a continuation from Hurt with how it ended and how crash started. Also, He was in a car wreck back in 2018 for reference to the last part of that song. I can definitely appreciate Witt's deeper and more emotional tracks like this, but my personal preference are more hype talk your shxt records, especially when they're honest and not just saying a bunch of BS. So for a contrast I'd recommend 'The Rise' by Witt.

I breakdown to this song every time I listen to it because my mom I love her so much but she isn’t a good mom I was in a car accident in 2018 almost lost my life but she just tells me lies all the time saying I’m gonna start to call you more and check on you but she never calls and the only reason I go to her house is for my 2 little brothers I just wish she would actually be a parent to all her kids but I think she thinks she just has to be a parent to my little brothers because they live with her 😭😭
