As a movie, as a piece of art, as a realisation of a vision Snyder's beats Josstice league by a long long margin. It's not that the theatrical cut was woefully bad, it wasn't, it was just the latest in a long line of disappointments, it failed to deliver. The new cut might actually over deliver but that would be a silly point to bring up in any serious discussion, Snyders is much better on many levels. It's also a really really good movie in the way the theatrical wasn't
