Gotta say I love seeing all these properties. Also having easy access to rail is nothing to sneeze at. While rail isn't as great in America anymore compared to Europe having access to it to move material can be a huge shipping boon.

If y'all wanted to move to SC, I know of a couple buildings literally orders of magnitude cheaper down here. 110,000 sqft for $300k, and a 200k sqft factory that sold at tax sale last year with a tax bill of 250k, not sure what they'd want for it but guaranteed it'd be less than 12 million.

I can only imagine the cost involved in moving your company to the midwest but man the long term benefits seem almost worth it re: building, expanding, logistics, and business friendly environment

The more I see these properties, except for maybe one or two, none of them seem to have everything Wyrmwood's looking for. They might end up having to do a build-to-suit; either that, or just find a building with the proper amount of space and just dump a bunch of additional cash into upping the amperage of the facility.
