I have a son in his 30's and he's still young, happy and likes to safely party or hang out with his friends while being a responsible adult. The daughter needs to understand how many years her mom could have left to live...it could be 70 years. So, suck it up and let her be. You are raised. Act like it. Mom, go your own way, not with your daughter and her friends. It's about respecting her feelings. Also, don't borrow her clothes. It should've never went to court, for Christ's sake...really? Good luck.

can the daughter understand that the mother had her at a young age and lost those days of being carefree instead she was a mom so yeah now she wants to pick up where she lost out i see nothing wrong with that as long as it is tastefully done i think the daughter is too insure in herself to let her mother be herself and let her mother live her life as she feels fit i am so sick of kids wanting to parent the parents that sacrificed for them

Two things...Mom's figure looks like it has more generous curves than her daughter....so HOW EXACTLY did Mom fit into her daughter's more professional attire when she borrowed the clothes for thi business trip...and what exactly does the daughter mean when she says there are "bodily fluids" on her clothes? Are we talking sweat stains under the arms or the other kind of bodily fluids? And while I understand that this might be disgusting to the daughter and she doesn't want to wear these clothes anymore, how does this entitle her to $500? Especially when her mother is willing to have the clothes professionally cleaned? I don't think that is reasonable.
