“Dunces and Dragons” is definitely one of the most memorable episodes of the season for me. I actually remember checking it out when it premiered on tv for the first time and I enjoyed it too.

Yeah they are the videos I find myself watching the most aside from the occasional movies. I'm torn though if they should continue after this season cause the show is only going to get worse from here.

S4 is just where you can tell the show has changed, it doesn't actually get bad IMO until later.

Exactly, weird how so many claim the show i’snt worth watching after season 3. Yes the show will never be as good as the first 3 seasons but it doesn’t immediately get bad, the writing quality in season 4 and 5 is pretty damn close to the peak seasons. Season 6 onwards is when it starts to decline.

@@MadMax-ii8gqyeah definitely agree. I've been saying this but I really enjoy 1-5 pretty equally. While 4-5 is more different I think some episodes can get on par with the older ones. And hell not gonna lie even past season 6 into 6-9, while these seasons being pretty mid overral I think there are some actually good episodes sprinkled in. The 2nd spongebob movie I thought was pretty alright too. People be hating too much on some of the newerish stuff.

The medieval episode is a parody of the A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court story where the main character gets hit on the head and wakes up in the past and has to survive. Also methinks watching the Crocodile Hunter movie might be in order after Boom's jokes, wouldn't you say? :)

Ruff was dead on, back in the day (medieval times) a public execution was pretty much their equivalent of a football game. The whole town came out and would try to get good spots to see and all that. If any of us were alive back then, odds are we would watch gladly.

There’s a video where Tom Kenny shows us how he does the SpongeBob laugh. Basically, he makes a sound like a smoke alarm low on batteries, then he moves his hand up and down his throat and rattles it around. It’s really fascinating, look it up.

I recommend at least checking out the specials of each of those seasons. Those tend to be less juvenile slapstick humor and more content based.

@@darkenneyamanot sure, but people are saying it's a definite improvement over the 'middle' seasons. Not all episodes are great/good, though, as there a few weak episodes scattered here and there. "Ink Lemonade" and "Plane to Sea" being two examples, but most of them are at the very least decent. The wacky animation might get a bit much, but it doesn't happen as much as you would think. All in all, I'd say it's around the heights of Season 4 and 5. Also, just like every season, you do get at least a few episodes which people claim as some of the best the show's had!

In medieval time when someone get executed u didn't have a choice u had to watch someone get executed that to teach ppl what happens when you obey the law or when you becoming a knight/soldier. Example in Game Of Thrones when Ned had to execute the guy in first episode, Brad had to watch it and can't look away. Its to teach the Brad the harsh world he living in.

Oh yeah season 3 and 4 were my favorites, but those were the episodes I saw the most plus the movie. I occasionally saw a sprinkle of episodes from earlier seasons, but nah I mostly saw 3-4. I probably saw some in five and maybbeee later ones, but not whole seasons again. Didnt realized 4 was really that liked though lul.

It is funny how Squidward's ancestor is a court jester for the king, considering that Squidward himself is pretty critical of everyone and sometimes takes it too far. Historically speaking, the good court jesters were the most highly regarded by the king, giving them advice, providing entertainment, and even being one of the only few allowed to insult royalty. That said, Squidly is no doubt what would be considered one of the bad jesters.

I've been to Medieval Times TWICE in my lifetime. Both times WERE awesome, not gonna lie...but the Renaissance Faire in my home state offers so much more
