Just wanted to tell Granger I live an hour east from New Bern and wanted so badly to go see u there in concert but I am disabled and my husband had to work on base at Cherry Point on Friday night. Ironically my back doctor Dr McCutcheons' husband Chris was the coordinator for you in New Bern at the concert and when I saw her the Wednesday after your concert she told me she was helping her husband and went to the restroom in your travel trailer and you came in looking for soap and hand wipes and she had no idea who u were until u got on stage later but was telling me what a nice down to earth person u were. She said she and her husband hung out with u after and you guys were the best. How small the world is. I would have given anything to have been there. Next time u come this way I would love to get you some real seafood. We have lived on the NC coast our whole life and love seafood and extended family. Maybe next year.

I was maybe a little younger than Lincoln when I first went camping it was one of the best memories I can remember from growing up. Can’t wait to take my kids camping whenever that time comes.

Granger!! I just LOVE LOVE♥️ that you spend such quality time with your kids!! Camping, the tree house, you and Lincoln trapping, finding “bones”, doing Gymnastics etc. etc. you are an AMAZING DAD!!! I am SO PROUD, to be able to watch as you mold those children into wonderful Adults!! Amber, you are so precious, my HEART BREAKS for all of you, but especially you. You have 3 people who knows what it’s like to live under your heart, your babies. I can’t think of the words that I want to, but one of your Heart Passengers, has moved farther than you, but someday, you will catch up, and be with that precious baby again!! I just know that his job was done on earth, and God needed him in Heaven. I have no idea why. But God knows!! You cry when you need to! River is your baby! We understand, we love your Family. amber, I lost my dad, my sister, my aunt, and uncle in 6 months last year , I still cry , I miss them very much, i have days i dont want to get out of bed too, but with gods grace i have good days too , i know they are all together with our holy father. I wonder why, then feel selfish . I cry for River too . your a great family I love your inspiration bc now I dont feel so alone in my grief. I'm a supervisor at a psychiatric hospital and I'm thankful everyday and humble, BC god has been so good to me I do not suffer from mental illness, drug or alcohol abuse or homelessness, I hope I give love back in my work to help others heal . That is my opportunity to pay it forward , you and granger pay it forward by just being you and I thank you . I pray for you everyday , I love you all ....let's Rock n roll !

Amber, you are perfectly fine to cry! I was a crying fool for a year after I lost one of my twins. I still, 18 years later, still have those occasional days. It just shows that this is still a fresh hurt. I love that you want the kids to have those wonderful special times alone with their Dad! You are a great Mom!!!! Love you all and I keep you all in my prayers!!!!

Camping is the best thing ever !!! And I know your not crazy for crying this Thursday is my sons birthday and yes he passed away from childhood cancer . It sucks it’s not fair and you can cry all that you need too . We get it it’s a place we never want to be in and yet somehow we get this horrible loss to deal with . Sending you lots of hugs from another loss mama in Ohio .

London is such a cool kid! I love her morning routine lol I don't have kids but would be fun having a little mini-me! We love to camp, come up to Minnesota in mid to late September and camp up on the north shore, it's beautiful! And it's not hot!

So happy y'all finally have rain. I wish I could have made it to the New Bern concert or the Charleston one. I am in SC about three hours from both, but we had prior engagements. Our family loves camping. We actually have a trip planned for the middle of November. We graduated to campers from tents this year. Amber, thank you for sharing the realness of grief. My friend still has the ups and downs of grief a year after the loss of her daughter. She always says that some days are just harder than others. Prayers for you all.

You should always feel what you’re feeling, spend some time in that grief, but don’t stay there forever, and then head back to the laughter, and love of those around you. My heart breaks for Amber. I'm glad she doesn't hide her struggle or bottles up her emotions. Sadly, I can't say the same about Granger though. At least not while the camera is on. As much as Granger swears he knows this was part of God's plan and that he doesn't question his faith. In reality, I believe psychologically he struggles with both and hopes saying it out loud so much will diminish his internal struggle with his faith.

For Amber.....my daughter Lori passed away to a brain tumor at age 2and 1/2 yrs. old. It’s been quite a few yrs. and it doesn’t get easier, just different. My heart goes out to you.i love that you are in bible study and staying close to our Heavenly Father! My heart is with you! ❤️🙏

Amber, Those of us who have been through what y'all are going through know and don't for a second think you're crazy. It's been a few years since I lost my son and certain things still break me down. And it can be the simplest thing. For months after losing my son, there were so many mornings where I used to have a really hard time, because when I was just waking up and still kinda halfway asleep, and I would wonder if he was awake yet, and then reality would hit me, and it was so hard! It does get easier over time, but as for me, there will always be times when I'll just break down and cry for a while. Just remember to breathe. I'm keeping you and your family in my prayers. Peace.
