Here again on the hottest day this year and we are using the EspetoSul rotisserie for the 2nd time. I'm trying out some fatty brisket and sausages this time and I know brisket is better low and slow but was all I could find in this small town for this video.

Looks stunning… great job. Have you ever tried venison sausages? I have seen them in Pak and Spend and in countdown. They often reduce them down. If you get the chance, venison sausages are definitely the way forward. Cheers for the vid 👍👍👍

I use the Espetosul on my 18" S N S Travel Kettle here in the Philippines. Perfect for chicken or pork belly lechon. Unfortunately no lamb here😢 and the beef is not the best.

Hiya Gustavo, I prefer camping in autumn winter and in the rain when there is no one around🤘🏾Summer I have a month off from filming and do another job because I don't like the heat and crowds of tourists everywhere. Camping in summer is for those that like camping close to their neighbours and enjoy noise. And man it gets too hot in the tent, bad enough inside the house🥵🙂

Hey Mike if you marinade the brisket overnight first, will tenderize it and give a good flavor, maybe not the best cut but it does work, and everyone down yonder here thought it was a prime piece of beef lol will cook at the same time as sausages, at med rear! just a thing to try out Bro. Veni is good but cooks quite quick and needs basting while rotisserie is going round, good bit of hogget or mutton done the same way is awesome

Brisket is better in a boil up and the good cuts of beef are so darn expensive when doing a test with the rotisserie 😬 Leg of lamb has been the best so far.

I prefer brisket in a boil up 😀 and I can't afford the good beef just to do a test with the rotisserie. The cheap xmas leg of lamb came out really tender and moist though.

The seasoning was okay I guess, I didn't put too much on. Definitely experimenting at the moment, different to the normal weber and heat bead cooks which I normally do.
