Man, I love these kind of strange findings! What could it be? Spy signals? extraterrestrial broadcasts? robots? Area 51? ghosts? interdemensional beings haunting the radio bands? Thanks for the upload.
You're welcome! I like the idea of interdimensional communication via radio waves but it could also be a nearby pirate. Anyway, this broadcast was really weird. There where long breaks of silence inbetween so the whole recording took over 20 minutes.
