A preson who criticise in such way must be a person who can speak another languaje perfectly and have a deep knowledge about royal protocol.I'm expert in several languajes and i don't think his accent and pronunciation is "bad" taking into account he speaks french from Louxemburg,and it's perfectly known that a languaje accent and pronunciation varies according to where a person has learn it or was born, as it happens with American English and Brittish English.I dont think you could do it better
