Dr Frank I just relapsed on Porn instead of watching your video first… I WANT to be sober all the time but is it okay to let that WANT of being sober go during a relapse? It seems my rigid thinking makes my WANT to be a sober person into something that I suffer with if that makes sense?

day 4 of finally quitting, temptation is always around you but I know we will all get through this. Stay focused and don't be afraid to tell your friends that you're quitting. Fake friends will tell you to take a hit, real friends will support you all the way and understand the hardships that you're going through. Thank you doctor Frank for everything. God bless you and your team. Please continue to post these types of contents and help all our brothers and sisters who are looking to improve their lives.

From first impressions, what you’re doing here is amazing sir. And thank you for being such a kind human being, in providing this help to others. I watched the video just before this about D8 specifically, “final warning”. Saw all the nasty comments and rude awakenings from people. Watched this and noticed a world of difference in the comment section. What you’re doing makes that difference sir. If you don’t believe it just look for yourself. Thank you, and thank god! Amen!

Quit smoking after watching one of his videos 10 days ago. I've been smoking daily for about 4 years and have only taken a break once for 2 weeks during vacation. Not even really by choice just because it would've been very risky to bring it. I'm finally doing it because I want to and it definitely feels different but also good. I can say that my thought process has been way more clear. I don't plan on being sober forever but when I do decide to smoke again I'm going to keep it to a minimum and not use it as a crutch.

Also just trying to replay in my head those 3 months of clean feeling good where i didn’t even think of the previous addictions aswell as replaying in my head all the times addiction has sent me manic in negativity, had me frozen from doing anything I would usually enjoy, taking my motivation and my actual desire for any of those things, it’s a horrible spot, I saw one of your videos mentioning this, good to know it’s not me just being completely incompetent and giving up on myself and that’s actually a common psychological response. Thanks again.

Just re watching this for encouragement, trying not to hate myself, also going through chronic paranoia about my health which I’m quite sure is a seed harvest trigger, but regardless of my suspicion of that, the intensity remains just as valid. I turned 30 last January, I had been saying since I was around 20, il stop tobacco rolls ups and cigarettes when I hit 30, I wasn’t sure about quitting cannabis, including consuming it with tobacco .. but I assured myself if I didn’t quit that, smoking 10 of those a day would still be better than + 20 roll ups too right. Anyway, 7 months before my 30th, I dno why, it just came on really strong this chronic paranoia of my health, I decided to quit, I did 3 great months of no tobacco, no weed, no vape. Just completely clean. And man my body knew, my stomach was so bad for a month, I can only theory it was detox, I’m quite certain it was, my blood tests came clear and my symptoms disappeared after the first month. 2 months later, I attended a 30th birthday party in which I told myself, I could have some vape because I was no longer addicted, and I let myself smoke it for the rest of the week until it ran out. I got hooked thinking I wouldn’t, and from then to now, it’s been a year, I’ve tried quitting the vape multiple times, and I keep feeling like a failure but I remind myself I’m doing less still and working towards the end goal still before I turn 31. But I’m not sure how good or bad I should feel about myself, I’m for sure doing less than I used to. I broke a daily tobacco habit that amounted to around a 20 Pack a day from the age of late 15 to 29. A 14 year old habit, and then I kicked a daily weed habit too from 18 to 29, 11 year habit. I weened myself off tobacco for a week by having 4 joints a night but no rolls up or cigarettes that week, then I went completely clean for 3 months. It felt good and I ruined it. And I don’t know if that was inevitable to an extent because I do get an itch for mild altering experience, Id been going through one Elux vape every week, But now In the last two months, I’ve managed to reduce vape, I sometimes have managed a week off it, but I’ve caved to some old bad ways, I had weed… and worst of all, I had it with tobacco. I averaged in the last 2 months having anything from 1-6 joints a night to anything from 1-3 in the last 3 weeks. 2 weeks of that I had no vape at all, but this third week I stayed at my mums while she was on holiday to pet sit, and my brother is there with his vapes, and I had around I dno, anything from 20-40 puffs on a vape a day for a week, + the 1-3 joints on a night, so I back tracked again. I went home last night, crossed my mind to buy a vape today before work but I haven’t. Still, I’ve got that cushion thought of, I have about 3 joints left, and I’m not confident as to whether this is going to continue until my 31 st birthday or not, but it could, .. I also have a strong urge that il do it by then because it just feels like, I absolutely have to, otherwise I’m going to stay stuck/frozen.. procrastinating, feeling low. There is a little niggle in my mind saying, you could be happy with using a bong on rare occasion or telling myself to look into a pure vape, containing the weed, you know, when I first lapsed onto weed too, was just because I thought I wouldn’t get hooked or urge for it anymore like before and it stimulated my mind a lot like the beginning days! I think on rare occasion it’s good for recreational use for me personally, but I want to do it clean and preferably monthly basis, every 3 months sort of thing. Just that battle between, oh yeah but it’s not as good as in a joint (because of the nicotine and the act of smoking itself), appreciate your vids. Sorry for vent
