I have also started consuming my 🥬 daily ..in my 2 major meals . I don’t have a steamer so I just boil them and add it with any curry that is prepared . It’s so easy and inconvenient . I also drink that remaining that boiled water so that my body gets all the nutrients.. Thanks a lot for sharing that tip

Please do a video on how much water you drink and how you space it between meals.. cuz people tell you should not drink water half hour before and after food, and all.... So please

Hi Preethi , though I have started clean eating and exercising but I haven't lost any weight, but still I am noticing some good changes like clearer skin better health and I am happy with these changes . Thanks for uploading such videos : )

I wait for your videos every week! It's so inspirational. I'm on a weight loss journey too. I haven't been able to join a gym yet because of my working hours but I have tried to keep my diet in check.

I didn't lose any weight this week.. really depressed. Ended up eating a lot too.. cannot control emotional eating. Please give us some tips to stop emotional eating.

The key here is not to give up because it will at least take anywere between 3-6 months and do not stress out thats why we end up eating a lot more 💞

If checking your weight every week is a trigger, please stop doing that. You don’t need the stress. If eating is the way you release your emotions, then you must channel your emotions into doing something else. Anything else. For me personally, whenever I’m going through a rough phase and I know the situation is not in my control , I watch comedy shows like Schitt’s Creek, New Girl, The Office, It’s always sunny in Philadelphia etc etc. it instantly lifts my spirits up. Hope this helps.

Hey! I just started following your channel as I was bullied for to be a fatty which make me this much depressed that I started crash diet which ended up worst for me and I just scrolling my RU-vid to find something helpfull for me and I found your channel and you are a big inspiration & motivation for me so yeah I started my deit as prescribed by you on 9 jan and following it regularly which is really a big achivement for me so thanks ❤❤

Preeti di... I suffer from emotional hunger a lot...that's why I can't stick to a proper healthy diet regularly. I always end up eating junk and I also do binge eating at night especially during my exams. I can't focus on my study without eating loads of junk food. This is like an addiction. Please tell me what can I do to get rid of emotional hunger during exams. I can't even watch movie or do anything else to divert myself as it'll kill time. Please tell me a way to get rid of this vicious loop.

Want to suggest you to do 1 simple change in your breakfast 🥞 don't combin caffeine in form of tea or coffee ☕ Because caffeine with food won't allow the nutrients of food to get absorbed in the body

hey After watching your week 1 video even I have started dieting and I have realized it is so easy before I tried many diets but couldn't stick to one. I wanted to ask in my household we have rotis for lunch and rice for dinner..is this eating pattern okay? or will I not lose weight?

Hi Preeti. Hope you r doing good! I am also in my weight loss journey. I have a doubt - do you measure everything n eat?? I am literally tired of measuring n eating every damn thing. It's not at all sustainable. Please advise some tips.

I measure only rice or a carb which I can’t quantify by just looking and I’m bound to overeat. I don’t measure Dal, or anything else. You don’t have to measure if you have a good understanding of portions.

Adding sugar would defeat the purpose of weight loss, I don’t. Curd doesn’t have to be so sour if it’s set properly and is fresh.
