We are in the final week of the Head to Toe Yoga Series!
After starting Week 1 with Neck and Shoulder Stretches, we've arrived to our FEET, ANKLES, WRISTS and HANDS.
If you are someone who spends a lot of time on your feet during the day, or work with your hands, and let's face it, most of us do, I think you will really enjoy this practice 🙏
You will need a massage/accupressure ball for this class but if you don;t have one, you can easily improvise with any other firm ball e.g. golf ball, cricket ball, baseball.
You might also like to have a small cushion for the final pose (Waterfall "Viparita Karani").
