I’m sorry to hear you’ve been struggling with anxiety! I know it’s rough, especially around this time of the year. I’ve also been dealing with a lot of grad school related anxiety lately-putting mental health first is so important, but also sometimes difficult to actually put into practice haha. Hi, Katherine! I’m glad you’re doing well. I’m like 98% sure I’ll be choosing to attend OSU in August for my PhD in English. I may have🤞a first-year fellowship as well so that’s great! I’m so excited. Out of curiosity, how did you go about looking for housing? One of the options I’m considering is living on campus because it’s so convenient, but I’m also considering living somewhere off-campus. Any advice helps!
Hey Adrian! That is very exciting, congrats on this (almost) decision!! I joined several different facebook pages for OSU students and ended up finding a sublease for the year. You can also look at the OSU off-campus housing website and they have resources there as well as a guide to the area. On-campus can be more expensive, so I would look into off-campus as well to compare pricing and what works best for you! offcampus.osu.edu
