Seriously, I hope you get more rest than you have now. Get in a few power naps (25min or so) whenever you can because your body and mind will be in a much better head space. You work so hard so rest more to balance out :). You are a fantastic dancer and a beautiful person!!

Yes I agree, if she wants to keep doing so well and rise in strength. She needs to sleep and rest her body.

Wait a second! Piano plz! don't see reason why not include a few seconds a least. It's not very different technic of filming then the driving talk, and latter you manage greatly.
