I can so relate to you with your response to the lady in Dunelm’s comment about having a girl. I had these comments ALL THE TIME! When I was coming round on the trolley after having a C Section with my son and it was the nurse’s first comment to me! I can still remember her saying “congratulations Mrs T, you have another boy (my second of two boys), never mind perhaps next time it will be a girl”! 32 years later I still think about it, I wouldn’t swap either of my sons, they’re so loving, kind and a joy to be around. I’m sure if I’d had girls they would have been too but I don’t think I would have had the same comments!

I tried making the waffle as a cookie, think it was too thick as it was in oven for about 30mins. Seemed quite flavourless, maybe my berries were unsweetened, and I didn’t use chocshot.

I made a cheese cake with options white chocolate and quark and the grape nut base my partner said was like eating gravel or cat litter 😂... I have 💙💗💗💙 I think a baby is a blessing I did want a girl after my boy and it's lovely to have sons and daughters but I just think as long as healthy that's all that matters . X

I think the lady has probably just meant, with you going to having 2 boys, nxt time (if you did) would like a girl. Ppl say that to me as i have 3 boys. And ppl say the same to my sister about having a boy as she has 2 girls 😂... I always wanted boys tbh but as long as our babies are healthy who cares what the sex is. Babies are so precious and bring their own love no matter what 😊 xxx
