Yes but if your neighbor decides to paint their home purple or hot pink with polka dots you’ll have to look at it everyday until you die because no one would buy your home. HOA is for your protection.

I just don’t understand how everybody wants those open high ceilings don’t they understand you have to pay the electricity bill with the AC running trying to fill all of that space with cold air so ridiculous. Take me back to the olden days with the 8 foot ceilings and the lower electrical bill😂😂😂

I have lived in Weeki Wachee for over 12 years, it is no longer rural. It is almost as bad as Tampa. In a few more years it will catch up. They have built over 100 homes within 2 miles of my house.

Really like this home! Love the lot size! And love the reasonable price for the square footage! I personally prefer a more rural environment so this appeals to me a lot. I do have a question, however. Is the homeowner allowed to install a fence around their property line? I personally can't stand my backyard area being all open like that. I see this a lot in Florida. Thanks and love your videos!

Hey Marlon. Never heard of this area. Great price. Front elevation a little basic. Like the 2 front guest bedrooms and bathroom. Fiberglass one of the reasons it’s $287k. But has a subway tile look and easy maintenance. Just fine for visitors. Cute reading section. Amazing space between the island and range. The kitchen is small as well as the fridge. Large dining space. Living room space ok. Great backyard space for a pool. Would like a covered lanai. Oh. A 3rd bedroom. Did I miss a bathroom? Good size primary. Now would like proper tile in this en-suite shower. Didn’t see a linen closet. Clothing closet a smidge small. This is a good starter or retirement home indeed. Just rewound. So it’ll be 3 bedrooms to 1 bath. If possible a 1/2 bath in that reading nook section would be nice. Can’t complain re:the price. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.
