For real he is honest. Another channel like a couple days back recently showed a similar home with the same same layout and sq ft. But they hid it. They cut to video of the kitchen, then showed cut to video of the bathroom, then they cut to video of the upstairs. Instead of walking through the home and SHOWING the walk-thru. I appreciate Marlion’s style of stating good and bad of the homes

This is my favorite floorplan of the three. The lack of an island is the only thing I don't like. I hope Century Complete continues to build more in central Florida. It's a great competitor to Starlight Homes.

Hey Marlon. Don’t care for the front elevation but depending on the layout, for concrete, brand new construction at $250 k I may just love it. But would need the 1-story. A cookie cutter block 🫤. 1/2 bath. Exactly. No island? Ok pantry. Yes. Can add to the backyard. Gotta have a pool. Always appreciate a closet. Like the harp goes right into the kitchen. Oh. A loft area. Nice. Bedrooms an ok size. Fiberglass showers in a guest bedroom is fine. Easy maintenance. Laundry. Nice size primary. En-suite a little small but appreciated. Yes. Would like the shower tiled. Closet a little small but can be enough. For $250 it’s fine. In this day and age in this market; less than 3k brand new is a blessing. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.

I think the House is nice, But it doesn't have a Kitchen Island, they do have the space. Do you really have room for the living room by it being so closed to the upstairs. The backyard is to close to the other homes. There is no Covered Patio, But for $250,000 and brand new, it's a pretty good deal, Nice Video 😀❤️📸👍

Islands are cool but not really needed. I like the yard space. Not huge just right. 1500sqft is more than enough space.The carpet has to go though
