My weekly grocery haul and meal plan this week for weight loss in a calorie deficit.
I meal prepped 2 recipes for this week which really keeps me on track making sure I eat high protein and high fiber meals as this keeps me full and satisfied.
Meal prep 1- chicken, broccoli & halloumi pasta
Per 1 serving 558 calories + 41g protein
Chicken thigh boneless skinless 150g
Halloumi 30g
Broccoli 70g
Onion 50g
Peppers 50g
Penna pasta 52g dried weight
Lighter crème fraiche 2tbsp
Meal prep 2- mayflower Chinese chicken curry
Per 1 serving 311 calories (i added rice which was 165 cals so full meal 480 calories)
Boneless skinless chicken thighs 136g
Mayflower medium curry powder 24g (i add 200ml water with this amount)
Onion 90g
Mushrooms 75g
Garden peas 50g
(I added 55g dried weight basmati rice 165 calories)
