The buzzing sound can be easily explained. It the God's of Metal whispering to you to never forget the metal when using heat guns. Ok, I really don't know what's causing it. Hope to see you at PCC
@@RoboDontKnow Hey, a bit off topic, but you're definitely on to something. I live in NYC and I never saw Tiger Sharks until cable started carrying cartoons so yeah certain areas never aired said cartoons.
Hearing Robo talk about Silver Hawks like it never happened, is literally destroying my childhood. Lol I can hear the theme song slowly fading into obscurity in my head…😢
@@RoboDontKnow hahaha I love it! I literally spent the weekend digging through a box of old VHS tapes looking for it. Only to not find anything and wonder if my mom tossed them away or…was Robo right all along
I imagine that Ka-Zar is going to be real handy for some people needing a "naked buck" for customs. Bare arms, bare chest, bare hands, bare legs, bare feet, just, obviously not bare-assed.
7:32 I think I still have some of my Adventure People from when I was a kid. I’ve since repurchased the black space guy robot and two space humans. I had the ship somewhere too. I love those things.
Motu cartoon collection is so good that I will have to buy them ALL Robo. So many good memories as a child watching those episodes that I need to have these on my collection. By the way I also have all the 5" Filmation figures from Super 7 that comes with the original articulation. 😀💡👍
1:52 I love that scrolling detail on Megatron’s chest. And that OG Bats with the purple gloves is killer. They did one a few years ago based on the Capullo year zero or whatever. I like that so much I got two. And opened both of em. 😂 🦇
The real phantom toyline of the 80s was Kenner's Shadow Strikers! I loved looking at them in the Kenner Action guides, but my parents were never able to find them on shelf - anywhere!!
Kaa-Zar could also work as a King Greyskull. I plan on getting Ikaris and putting his head on Kaa-Zar, since Ikaris's head looks more like He-Man while Ka-Zar looks more like King Greyskull.
dont wish too hard. the maul from that line looked amazing, but inhand it was apparant it was by a bootleg/third party company by some of the quality issues.
The MDLX Transformers look cool... but I'd love them more at 6" scale (at least) like the DLX line. If my Transformers aren't going to transform, I at least want them to scale decently with my 6" figures!
Preordered two Ka-Zar's purely to use one for a custom Kraven that I've had a head, vest, and weapons sculpted up for awhile. I'm so happy to see a flesh-toned Vulcan buck finally. Oh! I also have special BAF item headed your way soon, sir! Don't review it! It's just a gift of appreciation for what you do!
I really love the sculpts from Four Horsemen, but after owning the Krampus and Father Christmas I hate how loose their joints become, especially the legs!
This would technically be our third Hienrich Zemo since ToyBiz did an unmasked chase version when they did him. Hasbro had only made Helmut twice up until this point.
Right, Helmut was bucky cap body first, right? And I forgot Toy Biz was just as bad as McFarlane with making the alternate heads chases instead of pack-ins.
Uh oh... MDLX G1?! And i was already certain i need those yolopark versions. How to decide now!? A wise person once said... "why not both?" 😅 Oh man, can we dare to imagine a powermaster prime MDLX?! 😳
Personally I like the comic waves that have a mix of new and old like the Void wave we just got that has to be one of the best waves we have gotten in a long time.
100% getting that Liefeld Bloodstrike. Too bad he doesn't come with his red masked head for when he went as a solo operative and battled Prophet and Crypt (of which we need as well).
As soon as I saw that Ph'Shrr Ryss whatsit, I grabbed my original off the shelf and took my gray Cosmic dude, who was begging for paint, Dremel'd out the lonely decapped Lt Falcon's ugly-ass head to fit that big bell, then painted the whole thing to match. Instant Gratification in two hours. Ah, the memreez.
same: X-Factor (and at same time X-Men) was the first comic i ever got a mail-sub to from #1. I read the first 50 or so, then got busy with life and college.
I had silver hawks toys you squeeze the legs and the wings popped out and I still have the blue and red street sharks lmao love ya robo keep up the great work
I wonder if the 3pack with dumdum in it, if their heads would fit on some of the more retro/classic looking GI JOE army figures? So it looks more howling commandos like...
Regarding the myth of Silverhawks: I never saw it either. I’m with you on tigersharks and Thundercats on TV. However, I do vaguely recall seeing commercials for Silverhawks but never saw the toys so it never drew me in. Same with Dinoriders, it just wasn’t on my local stations but I did see the toys in the aisles.
Glad Sharon Carter is on the Black Widow body but maaaaan... that face paint. She looks like she's totally not going through a phase, dad! Once again the Hydra guys are the winners. Heinrich Zemo will be nice to have (I'll say he time travelled or something) and I never got a Zola, so my Hydra shelf is getting even fuller!
I wanted that G2 Megatron so bad because I had the original as a kid but his cannon was over the shoulder and not on his arm. I understand repaints but it doesn’t do the original justice if the small details like that aren’t there.
