I'm going to try this by tying a rope around one of my weight plates. I'm still only on the single spin for both the 56 lbs. and 28 lbs. weight. The 56 lbs. weight is just a grip killer. Does core strength play a part in throwing the weights, like for body stabilization? I think my lack of core strength all around is affecting all of my throws.
