I use a powerlifting belt it adds around 5-10kgs in my squat and deadlift I can also do that weight without belt but the belt helps me maintain core stability .👍

My experience : Well i have been using weight lifting belt from 3 months although it does not helps you to lift more weight but it can surely save you from back injuries. I saw a drastic change in my lower back fatigue before and after using the belt.worth a shot👍

@Jeet Selal - All of your vidoes are great! the reasons are 1. Your videos are short. 2. You come to the point very beginning of the video (not beating around the bush). 3. You have a great knowledge. 4. The purpose of your video can be sensed that, you need to help. 5. The presentation/delivering content is bingo!!! I have boredom of watching (could be others in the street too) 30mins of video that someone keep talking talking talking like a comedy show on channel that never ends and they think, people would here to improve their communication in a fitness related video.
