Hi Mr. Selal, First of all I would like to congratulate and appreciate you for the kind of information you pass on through your channel. It is really helpful for people like us . I have one question,rather a concern, after my legs workout I feel restlessness in my legs ,which especially appear during night while sleeping. During the day I am totally fine. I take proper nutrition and my hydration levels are also good ( approx 3.5 litres of water). I do proper stretching and cooldown as well. I don't get muscle soreness. It's just the restlessness of leg muscles due to which I am unable to get proper rest. Kindly help if I. Doing something wrong on my part or doctor's attention is required. Thanks alot.
I follow all this but still have lower back issues. I don't use heavy weights and also i do warmup exactly as told by you. The warm ups shown by you has been in your videos which were posted 4-5 years ago. Just need to know one thing if we over hinge then can this pain occur? Because i feel i over hinge my lower back . I have been suffering from sciatica since 2020. Doctors advised not to lift heavy weights but recently i have joined a gym and yes the exact exercises you mentioned.. i do them every single day before workout no matter which muscle group i hit. I squat 50kgs right now and I don't feel any pain. I make sure my form is perfect. Yes I don't deadlift as of now. But will move forward to it in 2023 if i feel good about my back. Thanks for this great info. How can i ask you some of my doubts regarding sciatica? Please reply if possible.
@@adityalotankar4306 i actually forgot the numbers but yeah lower back slip disc. Hip to ankle nerve sciatica was under stress which used to cause immense pain. But certain precautions and steps cured it.

One year ago I had vitamin d3 deficiency and this year it’s at max level.. I started consuming whole food , good fat and early sun light with weekly vitamind3 supplement.. my bone density was low too which has increased significantly.. hope it helps

Hlo elder brother, Due to some wrong method of gym in past I'm suffering of "dharan" shift in my stomach that it is shifted to left permanently that after fixing it shifts again and again. Because of this food doesn't digest and just simply pass and I don't feel energy. Thus l have discontinued gym now. I'm very disturbed please suggest some solution. Should I restart gym now? Sir I don't have pain in my lower back while doing deadlift and barbell rows but I have pain in lower back while doing one arm dumbbell row. Why this is happening to me?
I have several problems 1.lower back pain due to disc herniation. 2. I have IT band syndrome 3. Weak glutes 4. Constipation 5.Due to all this problem I got testicular pain after intense workout. If I go 5 kg dumbbell then no problem. Still I fear going to gym. Not going gym for 3 years.

Early morning when I wokeup got pain my lower back left and right side after doing warmup n all specific stretching there is no pain if I dont do exercises pain again feel mostly morning time ...Pl advise me what to do .Thnks
