Ha maine bhi yea kiya hain..8pm-12pm (16 hours fasting )..then 12:01pm-7:45-50pm ( 8 hours eating)....after 3 months i feel so light ...i was not checking my weight regularly...but maine 2 months main 8 kgs...ghataya hain...trust me..intermittent fasting is jst wow

I lost 30 kgs in 5 months . My journey from 85 to 55 I did it with intermittent fasting. I did walk for 1 hr and did exercise for 1 hr and left oily and sweet food also maida and packed food .did 16:8 if . My eating window was 9 to 5 and then fasted.while eating window I eat fruit,milk,egg etc for breakfast and for lunch I ate 1 roti,1 cup dal,1 cup sprouts,1 cup sabzi. And for dinner I ate salad,milk,curd,fruit,oats smoothie,sprouts etc. Coz at dinner time I was not hungry. Also 8 litres water everyday. Just 5 months and now I m 55 I m fit and now i maintain my weight . Life is great nowwwwww : )( :
U did 1 hr walking Nd 1 hr exercise 🤔 but mam is saying that we shouldn't follow intermittent fasting while doing this much exercise..??? Is it okay..???
After ur 3 months of diet, did u reduce ur food intake even more than before? Bcz i can't seem to lose wieght anymore from the portion size that i already eat

@@pankajkumari9724 walk ,yoga ,cycling alternate days pr.. Home cooked food by using cold pressed oils .. Just started eating healthy and now it's 8.5 kgs 😊

@@mahiajju5804 it was very much similar to what she said in the video. I ate healthy and controlled my portions. Also i ate no carbs after 4pm which really helped.

11.00 am - breakfast - Fruits or oats or daliya or shake. Have salad in between 2.30pm lunch - 1 roti or chawal or dal and sabji. Have what you lyk. Dinner - 6.30pm - same as dinner or chilla or makhana with milk or oats.
exercise is the most beautiful thing is it never leaves you now I am 79 kg. feel so good and 65 kg very soon my body shape is now appearing and everyday I look better love you all
IMF works really great 30 days 6.5-7 KG loss hua weight Ha par maine 1 hour workout kiya 30 minutes cycling 👍 Really helps a lot Ha par second Month main only 3 kg due to cheat meals 😂and some less concentration But wanna target 15 kg loss for ideal weight 🙏

I hv tried this from sept 2020 to nov 2020... my hair was loosing like anything. I almost lost half of my hair volume. Yes, I lost few kgs. But this is not what should I pay for loosing weight...🤯🤯
Oh no. That means ur it's nutrients deficiency. I also faced the same when I did follow this fasting for 3 months I lost 14 kgs but lost half of my hair. Visited doctor left this fasting then my hair started growing back after 1 month. Hence slow n steady wins the race but workout is most imp

aap agar month mein 1.2 kg lose karogi toh 1 saal mein 14.4 kg kam ho jayega .dont go for quick fixes .body aur skin ko adjust hone ke liye time do.Apne harmones ko bhi khush rakho

I saw your video on 22nd November and started intermittent fasting from 23rd November. My weight was 79 kg on 23rd November. Today is 25th Decembe and today my weight is 73 kg. Thanks a lot. This is really working.
@@renuverma2218 Haan... Wese hi kiya...But ma'am milk shake leti thi.. But mai nehi... Me salad and sprouts leti hun 12 baje...then 2:30 me lunch...Dinner 7 pm tak khatam kar leti hun uske baad kuch nehi... And briks walk bhi kar rahi hun.
