நீங்கள் சொல்வது சரி.நான் யோகா பண்ணி 5 கிலோ எடையைக் குறைத்துள்ளேன்.யோகா முலம் ஹைபோ தைராய்டு நோய் குணமாகியுள்ளது. எனக்கு 22 முதல் 30 வயது வரை ஹைபோ தைராய்டு இருந்தது.டெல்லி லேப் ல இருந்து பரிசோதனையில் சொன்னாங்க.30 வயதுக்கு அப்புறம் தான் காலையிலும், மாலையிலும் யோகா, சூரிய நமஸ்காரம் சாப்பாடு அளவாக சாப்பிட்டேன். மாத்திரையை நிறுத்தி விட்டு அதற்கு பதிலாக யோகா செய்தேன். மருத்துவரிடம் செக் பண்ணிய போது தைராய்டு நோய் இல்லை என்று கூறி அவரே ஆச்சரியப்பட்டார். இரத்தப்பரிசோதனை முடிவில் தைராய்டு குணமடைந்தது தெரிய வந்தது. எல்லாம் யோகா செய்த மாயம்.

Hi sis.. I am working in an IT firm. I used of continuous sitting. Now for the past one week, I am walking to my bus stop rather than taking an auto. But it covers only 1 km. On hearing ur speech, I am really motivated. I will walk some more distance in the evening. Will mostly avoid sitting in the same place in office. I am obese and really worried about how to reduce weight. Most of the time, I have my food outside. Trying to choose healthy food, but at the end its not home cooked food. To be true, I am not having time other than my weekends. I am trying out different ways to keep myself healthy. Thanks for the motivation...
