Well most people, including myself, we don't actually believe that we are going to lose weight every time we start. So, if we finally lose weight....we don't have the perfect pictures and maybe we don't have the same clothes. We don't start this journey just to post it online, so don't expect perfect photos. And I believe the opposite. When I see perfect before\after pictures....then somewhere is the paid support of a product. Like here....the Herbalife products. So, I guess I expect truth and not just a nice but "made" picture.
I started doing her workouts too and I I notice a change not just physical but mental too. I hurt my toe so it's been about 2 weeks off but I'm excited to get back into it.
Oh she gonna get ur mind together if u commit. It’s so fun! Sometimes i will put her on mute and watch tv and just do the movement. Or when I’m bored on a call I’ll be on mute off camera for 5 min just to wake myself up.
Her body is BANGGGGGGING. I was severely depressed at one point in Covid and GrownWithJo dead Ass got me out thr bed a lot of days i didn’t want to and allowed me to have fun by myself. I will forever support you and am pray for your continued success.
I just started her workouts yesterday and it’s already been so fun! I had a rough morning and I pushed myself to workout and I felt so much better after I got done!
Congrats girl I also follow growwithjo, I think she is great, not goin to lie some videos I feel are very drawn out n never ending feeling. At the end of the day if it's the scale or jus feelin better I dig these workouts... Keep it up!!! I'm goin on 3 months and I've losted and kepted off 18.5 lbs... I went from Workin out everyday day 7days a week to only working out 3 days one week, then 4days the following weeks... So I go back n forth. I been receiving a lot of comments which truly motivates me to want to do more.. we got this girlfriend
The longer ones can definitely sometimes feel drawn out but I started watching TV and just play the workout on my phone propped up and with the volume just high enough to hear the beep to change moves and that helps me do the longer ones. Hope this helps!

Awesome I’m on my second month. 3 days in 💪🏾. I am feeling the changes and see a few physical changes. It’s frustrating when u don’t see the change right away but take a before pic and write down how u feel. When ur frustrated read it and view the pics and take a current pic. 😅I didn’t realize it was working until I did that. Of course I felt better but the physical changes happen slowly but gradually! Please don’t give up!

@@bennyblanche7166 i switch between videos and do at least 2 different workouts each day (like a 12min, then the 30 or 45 min), and I skip weekends since I work as a massage therapist and its a workout in itself lol.

It works, i was consistent and noticed changes not just external. My energy was back at a good place and i was no longer getting out of breath walking up the stairs. Unfortunately a lot of not so good things happened in my life and I became unmotivated and depressed. I’m back at it and praying that this time I stick with it because my health has slightly changed.😊
This is amazing!! I’ve been on the treadmill daily and doing dance videos but still not seeing results sad😢 I am also fasting and watching what I eat. Man 33 hits different
If you could give me some of your dedication & persistence, that would be great. That’s the hardest part. I’m such a quitter dude. It’s so easy for me to quit things & I really wish that I could get over this. So I envy the hell out of you for keeping with it! Keep it up! (Not that you need to! You look Amazing!! I was following hers and Mr londons workouts for about a month and then my knee went out and couldn't walk the past two weeks and feel like all my progress went down the drain. Are there certain videos you followed?
