I got back and shoulder issues recent days and also the bloated stomach after stopping the feeding. This would help many women out there. Also pls advice if eating sweet breakfast can cause bloating and weight gain? (atleast im not consuming cowmilk so much as earlier) my weight has increased suddenly, This is overstressing me, pls advice!
