Big drop in weight this week. Just try to take care of yourself. If you hurt now, it won’t necessarily be all better once you lose the weight. I’d suggest going to get it checked out if it’s stopping you from progressing. I have a friend who doesn’t do well with running or jogging, he tends to stick to the bicycle machines to avoid getting hurt. It might be worth selling the treadmill and buying a bicycle machine. I don’t know how much more expensive it is but it’s just a suggestion. Either way, your health takes priority. We want to see you succeed!
good job man, a bit of a suggestion from a former neet is this. pick up an instrument and have it by your desk or where ever you most likely stay at the whole day. ive been messing around with my guitar for a while now and yes while some days i feel like shit and don't want to play, there are days i will be scrolling mindlessly and i would glance at my guitar and start messing around with learning how play songs through the tabs and getting my fingers adjusted to the guitar. even for just 10 mins a day and fucking up you will see yourself slowly getting better. it keeps the motivation up.
