I was searching weeklies and glad your video popped up 1st. I was thinking that if you couldn't use them when needed, they wouldn't give them to you. It feels like having a cushion in your checkbook, what a feeling of comfort. I'm going on this journey not afraid or emotional now about my weeklies. Here’s a dumb question. Does the app just pull the points out of your weeklies? Or do I have to move them myself? My weeklies just sit there accumulating. I get tons since I exercise a lot, eat veges and drink tons of water.
I don't use my weeklies... I leave them there to cover things like olive oil to fry with or a splash of milk in my tea... It saves me having to be precise with weighing and measuring which wouldn't last long with me.. .. I've lost almost 40kg..
When I first started I used all my weeklies and any fit points i managed to get and consistently lost but I started the program at (gasp) 397. At that weight any move towards sensible eating was bound to produce results. Now i still use most weeklies and some occasional fits points and IF I’ve been very accurate in measuring and tracking food it still works to-lose weight but not so much so when i just try and guess at some measurements which makes sense. I think the trick to being able to use the weeklies (and of course to succeed in general) is to be accurate and honest with tracking.
Thank you for doing this video it's good info. I love Weight watchers it is the only diet for me I've been struggling all my life. The first I started weight watchers I was 21 I went with my mom and our neighbor I lost 75 lbs That was many moons ago.My mom is gone so its been harder for me again.

I highly recommend you check out some of my more recent content. Weight is not the primary metric to focus on, as weight fluctuations are totally and completely normal! It’s time to focus on the big picture!
Weekly point reset once a week, on weigh in day. Your daily points reset every day. Your Points amount are calculated based on your age, gender, height, and weight, so yours will be different from someone else’s.
The weekies are used after you run out of dailies. It's for when you want to enjoy a special treat or just need more food. It's like your savings account. You dip in when needed.
When did you request? If you didn't answer any of the questions, I likely denied your request to join. I don't care what the answers are, as long as they're legit. I'm trying to keep spammers out so questions need to be answered. If I deleted the request, just request again and you'll get approved.
