@@daleburton8993 I would post my phone# but then I get scammers, prostitutes and low life's. Just email and we can go from there I will send my number to you that way.
Scott is 100% correct when he said you and Deb are a great influence to the community. I have made changes and future plans from watching your builds and walkthroughs. I just sold the trailer I had just stranded working on and we have big plans for an upgrade.
Isn't it amazing after all the walk through videos you have done that no two trailer are alike. That is there true beauty of cargo trailer conversions. If you have the time and the vision to make it your own. Bill, you do a great of featuring everyone great ideas they have incorporated into they builds. Keep up the good work.
I like the space allocation, your thoughts on 24v and the fact that you have a "real" toilet on board. Also, the pellet media for your wood burning stove is brilliant! You can dual-use it with a pellet smoker and media is readily available. Many well-thought out features on this build.
Yes thank you. I planned it out for a year and many YT videos for examples. I was hoping this many views would have sparked an interested buyer, however, nothing yet.
Actually, rides very nice with the heavy-duty wet shackles and the big difference is the Road Armour equalizer that removes much of the transmitted force to the trailer. It greatly improved going over bumps and rough roads no more chugging from the hitch.
Really cool build. I can see why some think it's missing a female touch. This reminds me more of a rolling hunting camp or man cave. But Scott built something awesome here for someone to live off the grid for extended periods, or full-time at campgrounds. Someone is going to get a really sweet camper.
Amazing trailer buildout and fantastic walkthrough segment. Strange to have that highly detailed and extensive breakdown and explanation of a trailer "for sale", and not give atleast a ballpark figure of what he wants to sell it for. I'm not currently in any position financially to buy this trailer. But still am curious how much, just to guide me price range wise, in what a similar future build of my own would entail financially speaking. Not a critique at all, just was curious. Thanks for sharing your home on wheels, your building skills and how it all works. Very interesting and informative. And thanks for this segment that was put together so well for us all to learn from.
@@billanddeb I'm not a potential buyer. Just was curious what his asking price was since it was for sale. Thanks for the reply. And more importantly, thanks for your time and effort in providing the content to highlight different examples of how life like this is possible.
The problem with trying to compare my build to what you might do is too many varibles. I did all the work myself with no help at all. I specd out all the equipent with high grade electroics and components. Most people want to budget build and not invest the 20K plus and a year of building I have invested.
I spent many years searching for a woman who would put up with me and a minimalist lifestyle. Still looking. That is part of the reason I now live on my homestead and will travel part time. Would love to find a likeminded woman. Always the cute dog, never the cute dog owner. LOL
2005 GMC 3/4 ton with Duramax diesel and Allison Trans. A great combination. I had a 2018 1/2 ton Silverado with the 5.4 v8 and it was just ok. It struggled in the mountains but was fine on highways. The trailer is still for sale and I am negotiable on price if someone was serious about buying. So far just tire kickers not serious about buying.
@@billanddeb What is the size of the house in length, width and outside height? for us, such a trailer is very rare, especially on independent suspension.
@@billanddeb I can’t translate correctly, in pounds it shows 0.9979, it looks very small, in American tones 1995 kg and it actually looks like it, but I’m not sure, the translator translates, I know a little English and I don’t know the weight and dimensions.
IT'S NOT WHERE I'M FROM, IT'S JUST WHERE I'M AT. I did not know that people from Arizona were called yankees, but then I am only 62 years old so I wasn't around during the civil war to use those archaic terms. LOL
