Great video! I just (literally 15 minutes ago) purchased the Oliver sofa in Dove Twill. It’s my first furniture piece from West Elm. I was able to get it on sale for $559, usually $699, after 2 years of watching and waiting and dreaming. Estimated delivery is between 2 to 4 weeks from now! Good to know what to expect from the white glove delivery.

Thank you for the review. I’ve been trying to decide between this exact same sofa (currently there is no longer an option for a bench cushion😔) and the Harris Loft sofa (has a bench cushion but slightly more firm). How has your everyday experience been with the sofa after having it for a while? Any issues keeping the white fabric clean? You may know this already but most furniture stores tend to have their biggest sales around Labor Day and President’s Day (as opposed to Black Friday) to mark down their old inventory before new styles come in.

Hi there, and thanks for watching! Thankfully, we haven’t had any spills on the sofa yet. The fabric has responded well to being pretty close to a set of windows for several months-no yellowing, etc. The bench cushion smooths out well after being sat on, and the back pillows keep their shapes well too. 🙂

hello! thank you for your review on Haven loft =) which color is your fabric? white or dove. is the fabric soft? My skin is very sensitive so I am looking for something smooth and soft. Do you still like the sofa after having it for a few months?

Hi there, and thank you for watching! Our fabric color is white, and the material is Performance Coastal Linen. While it is comfortable, the fabric we chose may not be soft/plush enough for you. Their velvet, and yarn/slub fabrics have a softer feel than the linen. Our Haven Loft Sofa has held up well over the months we’ve had it, so we are happy with it. 🙂

We absolutely love the couch. It gets the most use in our living room and still looks and feels the way it did on day one. You made a great purchase. Hopefully you don’t have to wait as long as we did for it to arrive.

@@mmdlite127 I ended up returning the Haven too. 1. It was too large to fit the elevator in our building, and 2. The fabric wasn't very soft. I am now happily sitting on the Article sven leather sectional sofa.

Being a softer seat at 2, is it still super supportive?

We would say that support can be really subjective based on your needs, but it feels supportive to each of us. If you live near a West Elm store or outlet, consider visiting to try out a level 2 sofa in person. Best wishes on your sofa search! 😊😊
