I believe it’s a part of the Neighbourhood Policing Team for North West Leeds however don’t take my word for it! I believe it was an incident that occurred down at Sainsburys involving a group of Youths, a Peugeot 308 stopped them in the middle of the roundabout and the other two arrived no more than 5 minutes after
