I was watching you make the Swedish meatballs and I saw the Lipton onion soup packet. I thought “oh no I’m not gonna eat it”and then I saw you strain the onions out and for some reason I never thought to do that. Now I’m gonna make it 😂 I love how you don’t eat onions because I already know your videos are going to have the modifications I need lol.

Sometimes when I make a cracker topping I use chicken broth instead of the butter to wet the crackers and you can't really tell a big difference.

We had the meatballs recipe for dinner tonight. Big hit with all 4 kids and hubby. Everyone had seconds or thirds and still there’s tons leftover. Love leftovers! It’s on the menu again next week. We also went to the pirates show a few weeks ago in pigeon forge!

Have you thought about putting the onion soup packet in a food processor or blender? It might be an extra step but that way you could still have the onion taste without the texture.

Pro chef tip I learned in culinary school for asparagus is to take one piece and break it and wherever it breaks off is where you cut all of the ends, also line up the stem part with your knife it's the part most people look at and it gives you uniform pieces top and bottom

@@fayhinsch5404 On the website for the Pirates dinner show in Pigeon forge TN. It comes as a mix, I think you just add cream or broth. Ever since I went to the show I've been meaning to order it. You might have to add the fresh carrots im not sure.
