Happy Birthday, Boston! So I've seen some people put a rack on top of their baking dish when they make meatballs so then all the liquid falls down into the pan. Just an idea! Great video!

I hate onions like you, love cheese, never really measure, always try to use what I have on hand to create, and it’s always mostly Walmart or Kroger items which I can find easily and affordable! If you flour your roast before you brown it, it will help to thicken your gravy later on. My grandmother taught me that trick....

For your pot roast, try 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup & 1 package of onion soup mix. No cornstarch slurry needed, it’ll make great gravy with the roast!

When I make homemade meatballs I sear them in a deep round cast iron pan with oil for 30 seconds on each side over medium high heat. Then I cook them in that same pan in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. I transfer to a different dish then add our sauce. The texture is firmer and they have great flavor. I love your dinner videos as well as your husband's lunch videos. Thanks for sharing!

Fellow asparagus lover here! I love to roast my asparagus in the oven. Makes it kinda charred on the outside. So delish with a squeeze of lemon, a little salt and pepper :)

A good tip I learned when making meatballs or meatloaf....if u want to check for seasonings u can take a little half meatball size piece of the mixture flatten it out like a burger and cook it quick on the stove. It takes like two minutes if u flatten it out but this has saved my meatballs so many times! I would have had bland meatloaf or meatballs many times if I didn't do this religiously now lol maybe if I could learn to measure stuff I wouldn't have to do that but that sounds like too much work

salad supreme seasoning makes a great pasta salad. A couple heaping tablespoons and a bottle of Olive garden salad dressing makes the absolute best pasta salad. Been using salad supreme seasoning for years. And another thing that salad supreme seasoning is good on is fried potatoes. Gives them an extra umph of flavor. Greetings from West Virginia

If you want to thicken up your gravy for a pot roast you can always add a gravy seasoning pack to the mix

Just a tip if you do 1 stalk of asparagus at a time you can break them at the end by hand and they will snap perfectly so you don’t have to worry if you left on any “unedible” ends.

We have never been able to make a decent pot roast, so we gave this recipe a try. We had mushroom gravy mix on hand so used that. Most delicious and moist pot roast! Thank you so much for sharing.

Asparagus in the air fryer is delicious! I just toss mine in some olive oil and season how you want and then put it in the air fryer for 8 min at 370°. The tops turn out crispy and the rest is perfectly cooked

I put my raw meatballs in my simmering sauce. It flavors the sauce and they are so tender and juicy. My Italian Grandmother made them this way.

I like to use ground turkey for turkey burgers I always add some red and yellow bell peppers to the pattys, I like it for some other things but for chili I always love ground serloin or round

I use the salad Supreme mixed with dollar tree Italian dressing on my vermicelli pasta salad. It's amazing

I mix half ground beef and half ground turkey to tell myself it's healthier. You can't tell its mixed when you have the seasonings and sauce.

Mine and my husband's favorite bacon is actually Blue Ribbon strips and pieces. It comes in a 2lb bag and is only $4.99 for the bag. It is so smokey and delicious. We won't even bother buying any other bacon, especially since you can't even buy a pound of sliced bacon for that price anymore.
