"I cannot remember which one of the twelve million locations we went to." 🤣🤣 No truer statement in Pigeon Forge! Love the chopped Brisket Sandwich, the tater chips and the glazed pecans at Buc-ees! Best convenience store ever! The beaver nuggets remind me of Corn Pops Cereal.
We loved Buccees! We went in Texas when we went to see my niece. When my daughter lived in Washington state we went to a dinner that had a side salad made out of lettuce , beets and goldfish as croutons. Served with homemade ranch. I’m not a beet fan but they really worked with the salad. And I can replicate it at home and it tastes the same.
We just stopped at Buc-ees on our vacation to Florida but I was extremely careful sick and couldn’t go in and on the drive home, we stopped again but I had slipped and fallen in the shower while on vacation so my foot was all swollen so I missed going in on the way home! I live in Pennsylvania so I have none near me but it was good to see their selection of goodies!
Beaver Nuggets are the bomb!! I love those little things! Glad ya'll had a good trip. The food looked great! I saw pics from the flooding at Dollywood. It was bad! Hope ya'll have a great week ahead and God bless!
My hubs and I are not a fan of sweet things for breakfast either. Sounds like you had a fun getaway! I like how you both like to try new foods on a trip. I just bought 4 beets at a farmer's market today and am going to roast them in my air fryer. Feta cheese and beets doesn't sound that great. Restaurants typically serve them in salads with goat cheese, mixed greens, nuts like pistachios or marcona almonds and balsamic vinaigrette. Gary's seafood boil looked really SAD! I follow Tamara as well. She's awesome! Beautiful looking zucchini, tomatoes and cucumber! The produce is looking so good at Farmer's markets now. We go every week. Ohhh, mexicorn and creamed corn sounds so good! Going to try that combo! Thanks, great video as usual!
You know, now that you say that, it may have been goat cheese! I don’t remember the cheese tasting a lot like feta now that I think about it. Thanks so much!
