I need to send my tfs heads to Jordan, I want to get his 185 package done. I have ported tfs 44cc heads but to me doesn’t seem like the valves were touched and they have shit spring 90lbs I need 125+ spring I think I’m gonna ship the heads here soon
@Andrew Lavender what holly efi are you running? In my area no one will tune my 98. But every performance shop is knowledgeable to holly efi systems. Thank you for any information you provide.
Love your 2v build man. I actually got a 2v in my 99 cobra that I put a gen 1 on3 kit and it ran pretty well up until it boost creeped to 15psi and bent a stock rod.
ive got a 5.4 2v 9 thread PI ported heads in my 65 mustang i built off all mmr parts with je pistons . bored .010 over 3.562 787 wheel hp on a vmp gen 3R blower 19lbs of boost 9.8:1 compression on E85. im never going to leave the 2v world ever. these engines are so underrated! dude you should race kenblock and the hoonicorn . that would be a badass race ! your channel would explode
Andrew, I think it would be awesome if you could give us a good "street/strip grip" rundown. Like a (what can you do to get traction for $300, $500, $750, $1000) something like that. It would be a great help for us all as grip is the winning ticket and setup is the secret ingredient. You have an unbelievable knowledge of these cars geometry and it would be good content that you could likely put out fairly quickly. Thank you for everything you have provided to the 2v community!

First off, thank you for taking my Brembos to Battle Born a few months ago. I will get to assembling my 2V next week. I will be rewatching your videos on assembly as I put mine together.
chrome molly drive shaft! wow! Also, I love that steering wheel. Most people you see modifying cars will change the steering wheel. In this mustang and the MN12 Tbirds, the steering wheel is very nice! I took one of these steering wheels and took a die grinder to it, made it work with my PC as a replacement steering wheel for my racing simulator. Driving with the wheel you're comfortable with is important.

Always love these videos. Glad the year turned out to be a good one! Definitely got it dialed in well. I'm pushing the limits on my 2V stock head build. Currently at 24psi max boost. Waiting to get some times on it. Trick flow heads in the near future!

My man said a 5gal/min fuel pump....I've think I've used similar in the back of boats as a bilge pump Hahahaha! Love the care and the simplicity of the build. All the fab work looks awesome under the hood. Great job man!

Beastly! I'd love a couple 2v gang stickers if that ever happened. My town car has a full bolt on 5.4 with comp stage 1 cams and stock pi heads and intake. Getting ready to buy a set of tfs heads and cams from Jordan and top it off with a bullitt intake 😁

Its kind of the same with my car. i got my white 2000 when i was 20yo. But originally it was a 3.8 v6. Ended up putting a Windstar, CAI, LT, H pipe, 373 and Pozzi and ended up going 14.6 on drag radials. Was a pretty fun car to drive but wanted to go faster lol. Was either going to put a SC or Turbo on it or put a 4.6 in it. Ended up going 4.6 with heads, cam, intake, bored .20 over, UPR K member, alum drive shaft, 31 spline rear with 8.8 and 410s on a 200 shot right now. Nitrous kit is currently getting installed at the shop right now since I just recently finished getting the motor put together at the machine shop. Only issue is I need a better trans I only have a stock 3650 from an 01. I don't know what its gonna make yet but I'm hoping it will be north of 550 at the wheels. I wanted to go turbo with it but I already had the nitrous kit and I ended up buying a 93 notch and came across a used turbo kit for it for a steal so couldn't pass it all up. That was the money for the turbo build for the 2v. The notch is getting put together right now also should be ready hopefully this week along with my 2v hopefully. But I'm gonna eventually turbo it later down the road. Watching your Chanel really motivates me to turbo mine. A lot of people hate on 2v's but all though they are money dumpers they can really put out some power. Keep up all the good work! Good luck this season! Yeah man bad ass I just got one as a project I’m just starting mine it’s a 1997 mustang GT 4.6 L 2valve The only thing done to it so far is 70 mm throttlebody it has the jet performance chip and it definitely needs a tune it doesn’t run right so that’s really why I bought it as a project but still really nice car I don’t want the car to do wheelies or anything I want it just to get sideways have fun when I need it and also the Wife has to drive it lol yes she loves it and so does all her friends hey man you know I love mustang and everybody I roll with is a Mustang fan that’s just how we roll hey man nice car if you end up making any stickers I definitely will order a couple nice bro keep it up👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
2v gang stickers I would rock one. I’m waiting for my turbo kit I just ordered on Christmas. And I can’t wait to actually build a bad ass 2v and shut some people up. But definitely would rock the sticker. I’m not looking to drag the car but wanna have one of the fastest 2v in my area.

Had it since new and never left me stranded. #6 coil pack went out, but popped n bangged back home. Starter went out in the driveway, luckily. I want a #2v Gang sticker tho yeah make some up

Why don't you like that intake? Have no idea about these 4.6 set ups . Doesn't holley make an intake for the 4.6 . I know a few guy's are retro fitting the boos intalk from the yote motor . Would the iron block hold up to the same abuse . Absolutely awesome build sr.
I see you have an aluminum block, do you have an opinion on cast iron 4.6 2v’s? I’m about to buy a crown Vic soon and I want to make 600-800hp with it love the car btw seems like a mean machine

I'm in the process of a very similar build, I'm having issues with my victor jr and my 90 clearance with my alternator, would you happen to have or remember the part number for the Wilson manifolds spacer? Also what tps did you use with your tb, I'm also using a 90mm Foxbody style tb. Do you have a part number or link please. Thank you
2vgang sticker please. Moving my turbo 2v setup from a Capri to an sn95 here soon. and where did the lower control arm mounts come from. It’s the only way I’m gettin my 9” to get low out back.
I need help with the serpentine setup, you run just the crank water pump and alternator correct? If I could get a picture or something I could prolly figure i out, but not trying to steal your setup but that’s what I need to know lol I’m stuck at the moment
Is the rear end narrowed or a sn rear? Why do you hate the intake manifold? I'm wanting to change my manifold however I've had no luck finding any good comparisons (primarily dyno comparisons) of the few manifolds available for the 2v to see how the runner length affects the curve.
Hey Andrew you know what are your static and boosted compression ratios is after the tfs heads? I want to build my 2v a little differently but based on the calculators ive been using the compression ratio seems way high even for forged internals ect. Thanks in advance.

One thing I would like to do is buy a 03 Mustang and build a 4.6 2v into an incredible monster put high end parts in it and put a flat plane crank in one I bet with the right parts I can have a 2v putting out a max of 2,000 hp of course dial down the boost for the street so it’s leagal but set it on kill for the track put a dct transmission in it deck the interior with 2021 GT500 stuff with the dial shifter and the touch screen and an awesome stereo it’ll look like a beautiful 03 on the outside look like a GT500 on the inside and have a redline of 11,000 rpm but be rev limited to 10,900 rpm I want to have the most terrifying 2v in the world I bet it could handle all that cool power with the right parts people underestimate the mighty 2v I would love to have a scary demon killer that any dodge owner would be terrified to even pull up next to at a red light screw an ls swap I say keep it real with the brand make a 2v into a monster and respect the mighty Mustang it’s disrespectful to ls swap a wonderful Mustang and ruin it I bet a lot of Mustang fans will agree
