Weird eye blindfold guy was spot on with his hakka indian fusion guess Not many know this that Hakka/Teochews, a very specific chinese subgroup, completely influenced chinese cuisine in India. Chicken pakoda is different though (use of gram flour vs use of flour in lollipop)
