I did a ceremony last night, really felt the drumming. Meditated after and the owl appeared. It was the way the owl appeared, the way the animal looked at me, I could see the energy. Tingles confirmed that the owl is my spirit animal. Not that long after I could hear “hooing” and there was an owl in my tree that over looks the room I was in. It was so special and I felt so connected. Just wanted to share my little experience and say thank you! I love your content.

I remember years ago... I was going through the worst time of my life (lost a son to SIDS). I remember being half asleep and half awake and could not move. I remember looking above me and seeing a beautiful white with black stripes tiger.. he had the most beautiful blue eyes. I will never forget this.. and I’m guessing that is my spirit animal ♥️

Since I was a little girl, I’ve had an unexplainable bond/ attachment to dragonflies. I can’t explain how much they mean to me. So many times in my life I knew things were on the right path, thanks to dragonflies. I’ve always had them land on me. When buying my house, there were a lot of complications that kept arising but when a blue dragonfly landed on me, I knew I had found my house and that everything would work out in the process. Been here for over three years now. 💙💚

I have a beautiful encounter with a dragonfly. I stopped for a red light here in Dubai and then a dragonfly appeared in front of me and just to be sure that its presence is known and meant to give me a message, it flew three times around my white VW beetle. 🌟This experience is one of the most memorable encounters I had with a spirit animal.

Same here, I remember the 1st time as a little girl one landed on me near the creek where I grew up. I had never even seen one before and at 1st was just in awe and then fear crept in and my screams could be heard all the way down the block lol

Aren’t animals so amazing! They are here to help us heal by showing us who are. I’ve always gravitated towards animals as a child and always had cats and dogs growing up. As for my spirit, I would say it’s a butterfly. They show up around me quite often and it makes sense with where I am in my life 🦋

Most of the time when I'm meditating the first thing I see is a blue snake, a beautiful almost neon blue color. Always appears side way with its eye looking straight to me. The first time it happened was while under the influence of the Ayahuasca beverage. Since then, it is the first thing I see while meditating. On the other hand, in a physical forms, there is this dragonfly that for some reason loves to hover over my head most of the time when I seat in the back porch at my mother's house. I got so used to it that sometimes I go outside with it in mind, and puff there it comes. I think we have a weird personal relationship😉 ( that's what my mother think) all I know is it makes me feel so loved and peaceful, while seeing the blue snake gives me this sense of protection.❤

Animals are magic. Every one of them have forces of evolution flowing through them and they are powerful and are lives that have already mastered tantric tendencies and mysticisms for their survival, in coexistence. We are lucky our lives are enriched by them. And every action we take, we have to always think of how it impacts them. How we heat our homes, what we eat and how that affects the wild, will all bring us together to unity consciousness because it’s the best way to see them as part of us instead of something apart from us.

My spirit animal might be the Prairie Dog.. they came to me when I needed them. They fed my soul! I am a singer songwriter. I was playing on the Third St. promenade in Santa Monica CA.. people would tip me but just keep walking. I wanted to be heard. I went to the benches overlooking Highway 1 below me and the coast in the distance. There were numerous cacti in front of me. As I began to play and sing for my own satisfaction, a Prairie Dog popped her head out of a hole in the ground. Then another, and another until there were a dozen or so of them. They watched and listened intently as I poured my heart out in beautiful melodies. They didn't even bat an eye for 20 minutes or so, until I had satiated my need to sing. They were the best listening audience ever! I love them and they love me! They say that they represent family and loyalty.

My totem is a monkey. During a deep meditation I was actually taken by the hand by the monkey as if to guide me. After digging deeper, the same verbiage used to describe the monkey is used in my astrology and numerology. Gave me chills. Thank you!

I started to google when a hawk started to live on a dying tree behind my house , it would look straight at me and be there rain or shine, the tree falls after a couple of months, I knew I had to move. In my meditations I saw cheetah and rabbit, all of them came to guide me in a very very difficult time .I know for sure I’m loved and protected by spirit! It also guided me to your channel , love you teacher!

I just did your hear chakra meditation, and I saw a bear walking near me, grounding me to earth, I always thought my spirit animal was a wolf, but the bear I saw was so real powerful and grounding. Due to past failed relationships, I kind of stayed single. I recently met my twin flame everything came so fast and went so fast. I sabotaged due to childhood traumas, she was on a spiritual awakening, but she encouraged me to heal my wounds it has been hard, but I feel like I have been awakened somehow. I have always known I am an Empath, but keep it to myself often use it to keep me safe, or to give a comfort message from God, and often isolate to recharge my energy. But I am glad for your teachings, they have helped me understand a lot about myself.

I've been visited by a lion twice during meditation. The second time I was actually listening to your heart chakra activation audio and I was visited by a lion again and my dog, that passed away earlier this year, was by its side. Funny thing.. I've always felt like my dog was a guardian. She appeared to me out of no where in the desert in New Mexico and she acted like knew me and loved me her whole life. I thought maybe she was lost so went to the nearest town and left my number at a bunch of vet offices and no one claimed her. She was by my side for 10 years before she passed ❤️ I swear she could see things that I couldn't, she would stare at nothing and start licking the air and wag her tail like someone was there petting her.

Spirit guides are so beautiful 🕊 I’ve always had vivid dreams, but it wasn’t until I was really overwhelmed by a dream with thousands of snakes that I started to pay attention and look it up. I really couldn’t avoid it, a snake bit me on the butt (in dream, although it felt real)! I was afraid in my dream, but my subconscious was telling me to stay calm. I could sense there was an important lesson. I’ve learnt a lot since then, and I now see animals and insects in a new light. I say “hello, thank you for this reminder” to the universe, and it puts a smile on my face 😊 My dream last night has a small and playful Orca in deep water, as well as a spider. Both align to my current situation. Thank you for the workbook Christina and Team! I haven’t tried to consciously connect through mediation since my dream space is so much fun. Can’t wait to set this intention.

I did a group meditation as part of a shamanic circle a few years ago, and I was visited by a deer! I haven't worked out if it's my spirit animal or whether the deer was medicine for me at the time, but whenever I see a deer, it has meaning and connection for me. I've always had a strong connection to animals both domestic and wild. I have kept so many animal companions through the years too, horses, dogs, rabbits, ducks, you name it. Deer, raccoons, skunks, coyotes, etc., many of them come right up to me, butterflies and birds flock around me, snakes crawl under me in the garden. I even had a nurse shark gently swim around and around my legs in Florida. I can't tell you how many animals in my life I have doctored back to health, fixed broken wings, legs, tails, etc. I'm not a veterinarian, though I wanted to be but extended college wasn't in the cards for me. I'm in a rural area so to me this was my normal everyday life. I haven't really recognized one specific spirit or totem animal. Lately though for maybe the past year, my closest neighbor who has many outdoor cats, but this one grey and white one has made an appearance just about every day. She doesn't come right up to me but makes herself seen by me regularly. I have chatted with her that it seems she must be my new spirit animal!!🐾

This has really opened my eyes. I have definitely felt I've been going thru my spiritual awakening in the past 5 years and have found many connections to animals along the way in the real flesh and blood and in my dreams. Although, it isn't until now that I realize what I thought were nightmares about spiders and snakes, even being bit by a couple that sent me to the ER were actually messages about my life. Thank you Christina, for this amazing video. My Spirit animal is a magnificent Unicorn. I met him a few years ago, and I know it is he, who been sending me dozens of stray animals who have adopted me in the last ten years. I connect with him often to assist me in my on-going journey with them. However, I also somehow just know, that I have a very strong connection to Dolphins. I have felt it all my life. I've known instinctively that I have a lion spirit since first hearing about Spirit animals, so I now know that's my Totem guide. I can also see now why the butterfly is so prominent in my project and why I connected with the horse during a major transitional period.. I have been sick for five days. During those days, I couldn't sleep for three nights. I used those periods to try visiting my Higher Self. Today, I am very strong. This morning, I faced the morning sun in a meditative 🧘‍♀️ mood, asking the universe to heal me and re-energise me. I went out later for some herbs at my backyard. A few minutes later, a cousin brought me a tortoise. When we went to see where he got it from; from where I went for the herbs, walking to my house. Am grateful for the message. Am keeping it. I will take care of it. There was another instance, this year. While walking by the seashore, I found a baby turtle. I took for a chat then released it to the sea.

It is amazing that I come across this video two days after doing a spirit guide meditation in which I asked what names I shall call the guides that are with me and the first word was jaguar. I thought hmm maybe this is what we call it on earth. Then I run into this video as well as the 6 stages of spirituality. I am so grateful for them because I am in what you called "the void". I have not been lost or depressed, instead I have been mildly excited because somewhere in me I know this is a rebirth. I have been working on myself and doing shadow work for years and after my last drastic life change I realized I know myself and it's amazing. The good and the ugly. The ugly is not even ugly, it's amazing. So to discover that jaguar being in my spirit guide meditation and it meaning spiritual rebirth all falls into place. Thank you Christina. I resonate so much with the jaguar symbolism. I had a dream about my past life. And in the middle of a challenging situation a panther descended from the sky to deliver a message. It said, "Soon known." I felt a deep connection with that panther! After that dream I started owning and transforming my shadow. Loved this video am practicing more shamanic practices this year and am enjoying my connection with Spirit. Last night I called upon a medecine animal helper as you spoke about Christina and a badger came. He licked several areas of my body then walked away and vomited up several tumors then resumed licking. Interestingly I have been dealing with some health issues in the areas he licked. He was playful and insistent and spoke some sage words of advice to restore my health. I finally could relax about my health issues and know it will all work out well. Then a golden stag turned up and he spoke to me to walk with him. Both animals have stayed with me today. I absolutely love the way Spirit communicates with us. Thankyou for another wonderful video

Even my other friends & family have noticed it abd I keep receiving so many gifts in the shape of butterflies right out of nowhere including cover sheets, key rings, jewlerries, laptop & phone cases, paintings , shopping trolley ,wall stickers hairbands, and also in a real world coming toward me. Many years ago I kept seeing a cougar or lioness. For many years. Then a wolf showed up and last year an Eagles. My Reiki healer saw all kinds of colorful birds surrounding me. I love and understand cats on such a deep plain. Also I get such powerful positive energy- even on the wirst day I come home to my cats cuddle with them and all the bad stuff melts away. I am myself with the cats in a way I can't with people

My spirit animal is an otter, and they even have their own name, Rio. Rio has helped me a lot in my life. I’ve learned to respect nature more, and therefore I have taken walks to understand it and connect with nature. I love to me with nature despite being an introvert. Not only that but I don’t kill spiders or flies on sight now as Rio has taught me that all life is precious. I’m still scared by spiders but I don’t kill then so that’s a start. We’re all connected by nature, and killing an animal is like killing one of our own brethren. Though I still eat meat. I’m not a vegan.

Thank you Christina, this was amazing! I went to my park this evening to watch the sunset and when I took a couple sunset photos I saw what seemed to be a snake head in the clouds with an eye that was a perfect circle! 🐍 Is that my spirit animal?💭 I walked home and put on my drumming music and asked my spirit animal to please come forth and before long I found myself swaying like a snake! Wow!! 🐍 I wish I could post the picture of the clouds. Time to find out my Totum and Power Animals! Thank you again! 🐍

I have seen a few of your videos and really dig what you have to say. The first time I closed my eyes and asked my totem animal to revel its self, it showed up immediately in my face! I about fell backwards; this happened about 15 years or so ago. What I didn't understand, until after watching this video was the difference between a totem animal, a spirit animal, and a power animal. I was thinking they were all the same. Now I have a new understanding. Thank you! :)

While on plant medicine, I had THE MOST incredible experience with The Dolphin. Simply amazing! The orca (still a dolphin though!) specifically is my totem, but the bottle nose dolphin was just magical.

Thank you for your insights! Yes spirit animals that come and go with important messages and energies for me are the Horse and Hawk. My totem animals are the butterfly (meaning of my first name), phoenix and dragon (comes through my dreams and readings).

I love chickens and birds. I have kept my chickens for 14 years and never tire of watching them and talking to them. They are smart, quick, good communicators, resourceful. I also enjoy watching and feeding the wild birds.

This was really interesting! One of the first times I meditated I could see a horse running, it's mane bouncing up and down as it ran, I felt at total peace. I always wondered if it meant something. Loving the content Christina!!!

This was wonderful! I hadn't realized we had spirit/totem/power animals that could help us, so last night I asked mine to reveal itself (I'm a vivid dreamer), and a chickadee literally forced itself through a hole in my window screen----twice! A little research brought resonance, even when I had been thinking another entirely different bird would be the one to show up. Thank you : )

I followed your drumming ritual advice and sat crisscrossed on my bed at night. Playing drumming music in my headphones. And found that not one but two animals came to me in a glowing aura. A snake and a ferret appeared before me. Ever since I was a child I have loved snakes and I asked a few people to pick an animal I remind them of and my friend maddie said a ferret so I guess this makes sense 🎉❤

Super video! Butterflies were everywhere when my awakening started, in so many ways like dreams thoughts, ideas, grafitis and stopping on my nose. I got obsessed and I felt that too inside like it was telling me. What about mythical creatures? A twin flame of mine had awakening after breaking up too and she had dragons everywhere, in songs and cosmetics and paintings. Her awakening is dark and strange.

I have been googling animals that come to me for the last five months. Amazing, I see Bald eagles, Crows,Ravens, Turkeys, pheasants and now the Phoenix during meditation, I feel it has a lot to do with my rising sign Scorpio and the eclipse energy so I'm having a lot of death of ego as of now. Love this

A few weeks ago, I was in a park, fearful, overwelmed, doubtful, in stress and pain. I was sitting down beneth a tree. A dragonfly came and was sitting down on my hand. I felt so touched and cried tears of relief, still in pain. When I looked at it, I saw that it gently layed down its wings on the back of my hand 💕 It was with me quite long, I guess like 15 min. Flying around one time with another dragonfly and coming back on my hand again. I was even needing to cough reliefing coughs at one point and I knew that it would stay with me through it and it did. I still feel so blessed by it and it’s wisdom. I am so grateful 🙏🌸 Also butterflies came with me staying on my hand or next to me. So beautiful..

Loved this video Christina! I found that one of my spirit animals ( could be totem?) is a hawk. I so identify with birds but also lots of others. Lately I have seen a dragonfly around my patio when I am outside in the evening plus butterflies. I saw many toads when writing my book and included them as part of spirituality!

Oh my god, so I just tried this and you were spot on: I didn't have drumming music, so I intuitively crossed my arms over my chest and just drummed against my chest while I arched my upper back and shoulders around dancing, and then I realised that I was being a butterfly XD Thank-you so much for this

Now I know why I dream with eagles, had a car called eagle talon without putting the two things together, I have a big connection with eagles and hawks. Every time I was going through something a hawk would appear. I just noticed this in 2017 when I was going through a difficult time. It would fly by my balcony so close I could almost touch it. These past few year I’ve seen hundreds everywhere I go and I feel better after. Thanks Christina!!!❤️

How funny, I am listening to this video as I am unboxing my new bumblebee kitchen towels & decor🐝. I have been drawn to bee items lately. Prior to bees, I was drawn to elephants & lions. OWL is my totem and always has been since I was 7 years old. My entire back has a tattoo of a snow owl holding a ribbon weaving back in forth in its talons with all four of my children names on the ribbon. I am a model 1969 Indigo natural healer. I love your channel and thank you for reminding me who I am and reminding me I am not crazy... you have helped me since I found you and its nuts but I do what you do in my community left my job last year and everyone thought I was nuts. I just practiced the steps you described in the video and during drumming music at first a felt a presence of a snake, but all of a sudden everything changed and I felt and moved like an ape and saw an exceptionally clear picture of a very mighty gorilla standing with jungle behind it. Gorilla looked strong, courageous, powerful and completely unphased by darkness behind it. Based on connection I felt to Gorilla, I think it's my totem animal I never knew that Gorilla was one of the options, after reading description it fits so closely to who I am.♥️
