i'm in Brickell right now paying $1,500 for a studio but considering moving once my lease is up because I want a place with floor to ceiling windows! I don't have tons of sunlight in mine and it sure effects my productivity. this is a beautiful option!
Hi Meg thanks for sharing. Totally agree, natural sunlight is a game changer. I hope your able to find a new space once your lease is up and if you ever have any questions don’t hesitate to reach out.
@Meg Dewsnap Sorry to butt into the conversation but I can't believe you commented on this video! I want to move to Miami and recently discovered your channel. I LOVE your videos, they make me want to move to Miami even more. So motivating.
@@hannahmize5048 thank you 🙏🏼 I appreciate the support and I’m glad your finding value from my videos. Miami is the best city in the world but of course I am biased lol. If you ever need help in your move you know where to find us! Thanks for watching
@@stevenvargasmiami Thank you for the response!! I might take you up on your offer to help! I hope to move to Miami within the next couple of years with my boyfriend. I currently live in a tiny town in Washington so moving to a large city will be a big step. Any recommendations for an affordable studio apartment preferably located in Brickell?
@@hannahmize5048 right now their exist a few great affordable options in brickell. It will be interesting to see if they remain affordable within the next couple of years with the amount of people expected to move to Miami by then. For now I can say vue, the club, 1550 brickell, brickell first are great places to start.
For the same money i can get a apartment in NYC in a rat infested 100 year old walk up and half the size as that one who needs pools they have fire Hydrants in front of most buildings
@@ArianaMMR Did u move? I am planing on moving, but am looking for someone that we can join and get a 2 bed room apartment. Am in New Jersey at the moment.
lol and to think I was chided years ago when I saved my $ instead of "living my life"--their words btw, and put 20% down and bought my 2/2 townhome. For all of those optimistic "I'm moving to Miami and hope to rent" people out there. Good luck:) There's always West Kendall...
Hi, This is Nithya, I am from India and would want you to help me. I'm coming for fall to FIU MMC and looking for accommodation for 4 girls. 2b 2b would be fine. Please assist.

Miami is becoming very expensive and quickly moving Into first position within the major us cities and with it comes a lot of opportunities but unfortunately all that comes at a premium. I’m glad to see you found a place where you’re happier to live at. All the best!
I got accepted in Miami for a master program and I’ve been looking for apartments in the 900-1400 range, but man it is pretty difficult to find something good. What do you think I should do? I plan moving in late July.
Properties atthis price point are hard to find in 2024 but email me at steven@stevenvargas.com and we can send you the closest options available in todays market.
I just leased a private guest house for $1300 per month all utilities included next to Shenandoah park. From what I gathered researching over the last two months this is a very good deal in a good location. But I would love any input or thoughts?
rent for $1450 ¿en brickell? hoooo my God,,,,great,,,ho Dios mio,,,es una buena oprtunidad,,,,,quien este viendo esto y pueda que aproveche jijijijijijijijiijij
I got a new job in Pembroke Pines and will be moving in 2 months, what suburbs/cities around this area do you suggest?? So far I've been looking for 3 bedroom townhouses/condos in Weston and Aventura.
Hi I was wondering if I can get a different apartment something like this in a high rise building even though I signed a lease for a Apartment in miami already. Can I get out of it legally my move in date is April 5th
You may need to consult with a real estate attorney about this. If you already have a deposit then you may be at risk of losing it should you break the lease.
do you work in the tampa/brandon area as well? i would love for you to help me find my first apartment for as cheap as possible still being nice and SAFE!! My max price id spend on rent is $1750
Lindo edificio, definitivamente me mudaria ahi por $1500 dolares mensuales, mi mami vive en el Congress Building, seria perfecto jeje. Muchos éxitos! 🤗
Thanks for this video. I was looking at rentals in Centro online and see that the rental prices for the 1 beds are almost double that price (at about $2500). I'm wondering how much has the rental market in Miami changed since this video was originally posted? I ask because I'm preparing for my own move there in the next three months. Thanks in advance :)
It’s very unfortunate but all the prices have drastically increased within the past few months in south Fl. The virus mandate in NY caused a hugeee amount of people up north to move to Florida because Florida is considered the fun state with no mandate laws right now
Can you do a Video on the same amount of rent, but in Coral Gables? I grew up in Miami, left at 27 yrs old and now I want to go back to my roots! Thanx❤I don't like the City, persee'? I like Vegetation..
Can you help me find an apartment. Me and my friend are moving to Miami and we need a 2 bedroom. But price i was hoping we can work on with finding a place
Hi yes of course happy to help. Please send me an email to steven@stevenvargas.com with your contact info and I will reach out so we can discuss the details
Centro apartments are being sold at such a steep loss, and it doesn’t bode well. Centro has no parking and is surrounded by bums, so walking around alone is not advised. There are also very many complaints about noise due to the young kids being drunk all over the building. To make matters worse, there’s not a lot of amenities: tiny pool and minuscule gym.
yeah you pay that much for rent Because of the Radical Democratic Representatives you voted for. Notice how everyone’s moving from blue states to red states for cheaper prices but no one moves from red states to blue states for cheap Prices. If you’re not a fan of the politics down here And you’re just going to complain about them don’t move here you Hypocritical Clown🤡.
Hello my name is Angel and I enjoyed your video. I am a nursing student from Detroit Michigan who will be relocating to Miami next year and I would love for you to show more videos within the price range of the Centro or if you have a list of more apartments in the 1450 to 1600 market. Thanks again for your video
$1,450-$1,600 in Miami is very difficult to find nowadays especially in the downtown and brickell area however my team can send you a list of what is available in or close to your range. Please send me an email to steven@stevenvargas.com
@@china2755 no problem. We can send you a list of that area as well. Please send me an email to Steven@stevenvargas.com with your contact info and we can get started
The apartment rental prices in Miami are CHEAP compared to those in San Francisco or New York. Studio apartments in San Francisco, if you can find them, start around $3,000/month. In New York, estimate about $1,500 per room in an apartment.
@@stevenvargasmiami tienes toda la razón, hermano. I hope I didn’t come off obnoxious. I live in North New Jersey. My girlfriend and I want very badly to move down to the Miami Metro area. I was originally looking towards the Doral/Hialeah area. There’s nothing over there, now. At the moment, we’re leaning towards Pembroke Pines. Im trying to get permission from my job to move, now that I’m almost 100% WFH. Sorry also if this is TMI. Though ironically I might end up working in Brickell, if my current job denies my relocation request.
@@troyalexander8228 broward should provide better rental rates than miami dade. Feel free to email me at steven@stevenvargas.com if you need assistance and someone from my team would be more than happy to help.
Moving in April/May. Looking for rental. 1900 is the cap. Big three I desire are fitness center, great view, W/D in unit. and preferably more modern. Can you help a brotha out?
Prices are vastly different now from when I shot this video. It will likely be higher in 2023 but my team and I are happy to help. Feel free to email me at steven@stevenvargas.com
Geez, 430 square feet? Apartments getting smaller all the time! And $1,450.00? Probably utilities on top of that? And you didn’t mention parking (if even available). I guess Miami is just really popular these days.
In many cases both words are used interchangeably however in reality it distinguishes a property that is owned by a private owner, who has the option to rent or sell said space, Which is what I refer to as a condo. An apartment is a building in which no individual unit is for sale all are for rent to tenants and the entire building is owned by one corporation.
Yes but you can sometimes get around that with more money upfront. 3 months is the standard (first, last and security) if the income is not there then you’ll likely need to pay 6 months +
@@stevenvargasmiami I see, thank you for your info! What about just paying upfront for the entire 12-month lease? Would that still require the standard deposits?
This may be a dumb question, but in almost any RU-vid condo/apartment tour , I rarely hear how the residents deal with trash . Where do residents dump their trash ? Is there a chute? Or ? And another question, water pressure. Is it good? I once lived in a place where it took almost a 1/2 hour to fill the washing machine tub! AND it took 4ever to get shampoos thoroughly rinsed out of my hair lol. Just curious, those things matter
Yes all condos have a trash chute for the most part, at least all the tours I have on my channel do. Water pressure varies from building to building and mainly has to do with the age and Tyler of equipment etc but I would say that I rarely hear of any water pressure issues so it may not be something you will have to worry about
