It's all about the white oak! Happy Monday - in this weeks episode we are in Beverly Hills giving you a first look at this incredible newly developed home listed by Aaron Kirman! Comment your FAVORITE part of this home
This house is designed and furnished so well. The house seems super functional and doesn’t have that cold feeling these mansions seem to always end up with. Love it. One of my favs ever you’ve shown us.
It's Beverly Hills, the location determines price more than anything. A house like this in Texas or even the IE would be a fraction of the price, more like 8-10 mill. Great school district too unlike Bel Air where everyone sends there kids to private school or home schooled.
Well.... there's currently a pending offer on the house that the developer has accepted. So I guess your opinion doesn't matter since someone rich enough is willing to pay a price in that arena
I know Beverly Hills just the land alone is outrageously expensive but this house just lacks that ultra modern first class. don't get me wrong it's a decent house but for 24 million I expect better. Only a Two car garage, what the hell!? This is maybe a $16 million house and right now there's lots of New built ultramodern inventory to choose from. some private , some with city views. So many choices stretching from Bel air to Hollywood Hills. Buyers can be very picky! I follow Zillow for all high-end luxury Los Angeles real estate. Many extremely overpriced homes have been sitting on the market for over two years. How many billionaires out there don't already have their dream homes?
Absolutely beautiful AND functional. I would choose this over the cold marble bachelor pads I see all over LA. Amazing work Holland and great choice to tour this one Erik!
I trade features on a better exchange with less fee's. Speaking of FX trading, it's really one of the best business in the world right now, & I make money trading this Financial markets.
HELLO, I'm hearing this name Christiana again today, how do you do it, i mean how do you guys make profit i have been trading for 3 months now and my account is completely blown i think i need help,
I trade with her too. Truth is, a lot of RU-vidrs dont actually care if you loose money, they just want more views and traffic! this is why i respect her. She actually takes her time to coach you in steps
I advise anyone who has lost so much during the dip to reach out to her for a working strategy on how to earn profit's trading Fx. If it's worked for me, i believe it can work for anyone
I Got recommended to her, I doubted it too when i was new before I giving a try...and it was of no regret , she's not like other brokers that will start telling you stories and excuses why they trade didn't go well.
He said it right at the end, property development is as much an art as it is a trade, don't do it for the money though hopefully you make money, but do it because it's what you want to do and don't skimp on quality, it will speak for itself to your customers and pride in your work.
You give a really nice video tour of a beautiful house! :) But can I just mention, there's no such thing as "Calcutta" marble. Calcutta's a city in India, the marble is called "Calacatta" marble and comes from Carrara, Italy, they're 2 very different things. The other thing is Taj Mahal is a quartzite, not a marble, which is an important distinction because marble is very soft and quartzite is super hard, which is an important factor when you're talking about kitchen counters that get a lot of use. Prospective buyers should just be given the right info.
great home, great tour, but ugghhh, what's with the term "moment." here's your sandstome moment, here's your floating vanity moment, here's your hvac vent moment, and your built in tv moment."
This is a beautiful transitional or classic design mansion. I like the French doors and French windows of the house instead of sliding pocket doors walls. I would have taken away the square from the French doors and windows. I like the Taj Mahal island marble of the kitchen.
I don’t wish to be picky but I’ve heard you say laser cut sinks and stone products in many of your videos, I believe those are water jet cut not laser cut.
Erik this home is stunning and every space has been welly thought out and it's worth every amount and some from the kitchen to the bedrooms great tour I can't thank you enough for the work you do
Why build this gorgeous home with just a two-car garage? Between that and the small closets in the primary bedroom, this very well-finished home becomes a $10m property.
The interior design symmetry, use and blend of natural materials create, impress. The exterior I would have treated differently. Well done Eric, again, well presented.!
I love the house, it's beautiful and spacious. I love it lore because of the white oak everywhere, it makes the house feel more cozy😍 the backyard was also nice with all the greens and trees
We're utterly shocked by your titles mate. 24 mil for a house with a kid's size pool, a detached garage so that you can get wet in case it rains and no view at all. Great value!
Hey Erik, I was wondering if you are willing to do a "Behind the Scenes" on the staging progress of a house sale. As someone who is into interior design I'd love to learn more about how this is all put together.
Very nice vid. Comfy space. Who lives here? Mostly empty? Homes are all crammed together, yuck. Noise from neighbors? Where are speakers?kitchen needs a window? Hate all the lighter oak wood paneling. Windows are plain, boring. Shades?? Like fam rm. No views!! I want a view for 24 mil. A very very plain home.
I like this one a lot. Finally not a Modern Minimalist. Don't like the marble behind the stove. And, why are these called Chef's Kitchens? A Chefs Kitchen would be a commercial kitchen, not some luxe thing.
Great video & fabulous home! But i think all the additional short clips that you added (to show details of the feature/design with the speed up effect, zoom in, or shot from left to right etc) is a bit too much... It would be better if you add the clips only for the things that need to be detailed, but other than that let's just leave it with the clip of Erik talking. For me it gets confusing to see because it's always clips changing every second. Hopefully there's an improvement ahead, keep up the good work!
The amount of money people who buy these homes have is just insane-to me. Bc not only do you have to be able to afford the house, there’s property taxes, cleaning services, lawn care, maintenance of the house, itself. And that’s JUST for the home, not your entire lifestyle expenses.
Entertaining comments section... I'd rather have this than that.. the lots got to be bigger for 24 mil... got to be this, got to be that... it's like that they can afford it the next morning... 😆😁😁😆😁
I know this area very well. One big downside is the two car garage. Homes in the immediate area have 4 - 8 car garage. I know the land is 'small'. But developer should have added height to the garage to allow for two lifts (making it a four car garage).
I like fridges like gas station cooler so u find what u want w.out hving to open the door, to an extent, & goood future smoked glass look less prints. As long as glass has same efficiency.
I hate how all those houses seem right on top of each other that’s over crowded California you could get a huge piece of land and private home someplace else for that price
New York has really upped their game lately :) I shouldn't joke, if New York decides to move to LA there will be an apocalyptic gentrification problem. Very nice house. Real class.
Holland's puffy jacket is 750-fill power. It was upper-60's/lower-70s at the time of filming. That jacket is made for COLD. So he must be really warm! Looks good, though.
Wonder can any of these developers build a tiny 1bd 1ba home at the calibre of this larger homes but affordable and make them look great with a budget of only 30K dollars...They would require a large thinking cap because its possible to achieve the look of this at that price point. I may prove it later if I am still around.... LOL
More of these Modern Traditional homes please. Would have preferred Grey matte tiles for the living rooms and dining space flooring. And some Black Oak doors to give contrast. All those White oaks really modernized the atmosphere. We need to throw out the Ultra modern boxes that feel like Museums. Btw if you want contemporary, go for the Dutch designed homes! They’re Geniuses.
Incredible vibe to this home. Nice mix of materials & color palettes. Love the staging as well. If I had one gripe..not understanding the need for the scale of that laundry room unless u plan to put a lounge chair and tv there (but that’s nitpicking)..lol
I really need to find out what some of these land plots cost because while this is an extremely nice house I am not sure if its 24 million nice. The materials and finishes are all great but 24 mil seems ambitious......but then again 3/4 of price is likely location
