BS, no wayy that dude eat that much or consumed that much protein in 4 weeks, straight popcorn steroids, u cant be that lean in 4 weeks if ur really going that hard for strength n mass, down time is just as important sleep and rest builds muscle after the workout 6 days weeks is going 2 lean u up for sure
@@mallikapatra5033 I dont have to just read the title he knew what he was trying to do for clicks but I realize after watching the video he tricked us with clickbait
I took ott 2 years (invetween I had short burst of healthy dieting and moderate home workouts) but I lost all my motivation. I’m starting again tomorrow.. I got quite fat so wish me luck haha
Ye idk, my dad used to do high level gymnastics so he had quite a lot of muscle. He stopped at 19 and 32 years later he still has a decent amount of that muscle left and he hasnt done much exercise involving weight lifting
@miguelreyes4091 I guess English is not your native language since you didn’t understand what I said. I basically meant that it’s just an excuse to not go to the gym, and that you should’t let the weak side of your come up with such dumb excuses as “TaKiNg A fEw WeEkS oFf GiVeS yOu TiMe To ReSt AnD cOmEbAcK wItH mOrE mOtIvAtIoN” I recomend the learn the defitinition of the word “cope”, cy buddy.
I have been working out for 6 years now on a break for 8 months I had lost the pump and got a bit smaller. But now after my exam I will be back again and roar like tiger in the gym 💪💪
Hey, really great and inspiring physique. Proper diet and training can do miracles, if you do it the right way. It's not 70% diet, 30% training, it's 100% dedication to both. I train at home cause gyms are closed in my town. The workout plan I'm following is from Next Level Diet, and meal plan also. I gained 8lbs in 3 weeks (mostly muscle). If anyone knows some other app or site for diet, feel free to recommend so I can try when I'm done with this one. This one rocks but I like to experiment haha
This is really helpful for me as I’ve been very sick for 2 weeks and unable to work out at all without hurting myself. It makes me feel a lot better realizing that my body isn’t going to dissolve into a blob after my hard work.
You didn't lose anything man. Great job on staying on the diet even though you were not working out. I've had these set backs time and time again as well.
Thanks for this. I just found out I have a fractured rib and will be out for 4-6 weeks after feeling the strongest I've ever been. When I found out I was feeling pretty discouraged but I know that it was just a temporary setback 💪🏾💯.
Ive been wrestling my whole life but I started serious lifting on-top of wrestling probably a year ago I got injured and I haven’t been able to do anything for 3 weeks glad i saw this
nice advice on keeping the same diet. whenever I stop going to gym, I start binge drinking, staying up too late (sometimes even skipping the sleep entirely for a day) and that couple weeks pushes me back couple months.
That's very true tho. Say, if you only ate junk food through that inactivity time, the new fat will make it harder for you to see your muscles and could potentially make your workouts harder
Thank you for this video! I got an injury and now I have to skip 6 weeks of gym, I've been eating the same amount but I can feel that it's harder to eat because I'm not burning as much, honestly I don't care if I look a little more bloated, my goals are strength so I don't want to lose any muscle.
Judging by all the views it seems like there are quite a few people who might be curious to know what would happen if you stopped working out for a month and that’s exactly what I show/explain.
As far as I've read, when you start exercising again even after a long break your muscles will re-activate and they'll start looking exactly like how they were before your break. So yeah, that explains why you look basically the same.
This is very true. My trouble with this is, after getting covid, i ended up not being able to work out at all, and my appetite died down so much, it was extremely difficult to maintain 3k+ calories a day. Even eating 2k makes me feel full AF. Feeling short of breath for weeks after also completely fucked up my workout for a while.
The great part about natural lifting is even when you're on a break if you have mature mass it sticks around. It'll stick for years with minimal maintenance.
@@naughtmeinam4603 its basically if you already did a few exercises shortly before so there is so a lot of blood flowing through your muscles, making you look bigger
When i do back excercises like lat pull downs, barbell rows, t bar rows, etc my forearms always get activated and sore more than my back i barely even feel my back
Awsome video, I recently had a setback due to golfers elbow and my dr said take a few weeks off and I was really discouraged but it’s good to know physique won’t completley deteriorate that fast 👍🏻
Wish I saw this vid a while ago. Sprained my ankle but I never let it fully recover and went back to hitting heavy squats. Now I've got pain in the area all the time despite all the PT and rest I take. Let your injuries recover fully guys, don't be like me.
I stopped working out for 2 weeks because my chest muscles were so so sore. I went hard for almost a year straight not realizing i didnt take a break. I didn't lose much. Btw you look great before and after. Thanks for video ❤ 💯
IG: instagram.com/jknetz 🔱 EDIT: Lot of comments about how the lighting between the two clips weren't the same. This video was made last minute and wasn't planned ahead so I had no idea which clips I was going to use, otherwise I would of made sure to match the lighting.
Exactly like you said, if you keep dieting properly and keep your protein intake you're not gonna lose anything. Only if you're not taking half a year break.
I strongly agree with you. the trick is to keep it stoic with your diet, if you go junk food, then it is really over for your fitness. sometimes we stick with gruelling workout routines, that truly drain our bodies and souls. who knows, maybe taking days off will truly replenish the body with energies.....
I'm still recovering from my collapsed lung after 8 weeks. I was finally getting a bit bigger but I'm back at 0 again. 8 months of hard work down the drain for me which is really hurting and demotivating me. I got injured 2 weeks before an international tournement aswell :/
For the last couple months I haven’t had time at all for the gym. I made sure my diet has been on point and I look like I’m almost in the best shape I’ve ever been in (including when I was in the gym hardcore). Diet is key. Once I’m back in the gym along with this diet ik I’ll look even better 👌
At 36 and with almost 20 years of training naturally I went on a 5 week tour of Europe in 1998 with no training, and "normal" eating. I came back looking exactly the same, although I was a bit weaker for the first few weeks.
We need more guys like this giving fitness advice. And youngsters should stay away from steroid abusing ifbb pro advice because they will never be able to achieve that physique naturally. This dude here looks 💯 natural and gave very solid advice. Peace. ✌️
