Jason, although we're not a construction company we do have Foremen who lead crews. If someone is paying close attention to to your videos there are bits and pieces that translate to other fields if you have a open mind and a little creativity. Thank you very much for the content.

I have about a 2000 square-foot retail space recently leased for my business. It needs to be renovated. Would there be a different protocol for this magnitude?
This seems to be aimed at one big project, How every I am normally doing 3 to 5 different jobs per day. so planing 3 weeks out is not relevant when I won't even know what jobs my crew has until that morning
It should be the person above you that does know the jobs then. Maybe make it a recommendation. My grandpa always said you can say whatever you feel. Just say it the right way
