That gives me a new respect and love for Zakk knowing he holds Elton John's Greatest hits and Captain Fantastic albums in such high regard. Those albums were giving to me when I was kid of 7 or 8 years old. Actually it was the cassette tapes but I love those albums equally....and wore those tapes out!! Just perfect music!! Awesome!!

I agree with Zakk, these are solid albums. I really love Frank Marino's Mahogany Rush Live. One of the best live albums ever. I still listen to it regularly. Frank is not only one of the best guitarists ever but a superb singer and songwriter. And his band is always great.

Believe it or not Frank Marino is huge down here in the south (Texas) as well. I grew up on that album being raised in a Country and Western environment. Fortunately I had Uncles that were the exact oposite of Country! To this day Marino is one of my favorite gutarist of all time!

Stranded? Yea, you stranded us in Tyler Texas on 9/04 Zakk Show was already rescheduled, and y’all refused to play 2 hours before showtime. Most people drove 3-5 hours and had hotels. Lost a lot of respect. You’re not who I thought you were, and I’m sure I’m not the only one who feels that way.
