With what we now know about DNA, can we trust that the biblical creation account is true? Could all of humanity have really come from two people? Where did the various races and ethnicities come from? What were the Neanderthals? A conversation with Dr. Robert Carter of Creation Ministries International.

The out of Africa belief assumes the consequence. The belief is that we evolved from apes and that had to be Africa so they root the tree in Africans instead of Eurasians which are the actual most original human genome which is the genome most closely related to Neanderthals, not Africans. There is only one known connection between Africans and the rest of the world. In the paternal Y chromosome haplogroup, it is the CF SNP that connects only the C paternal Y chromosome descendants with the rest of the world. The assumption is that the CF SNP was gained instead of being lost to the younger brothers and cousins of Nimrod since they are the odd ones out from the rest of the world. The same is true for the IJK SNP marker that connects the Semitic people with Eurasians. Instead of being a marker that is gained by Arphaxad that he shared with his uncle Japheth, the IJK SNP marker was lost to the younger brothers of Arphaxad. We already know who all of the ancient civilizations descended from. Every ancient civilization is the descendants of the sixteen grandsons of Noah. There are no other ancient civilizations. Denisovans are a mix of Eurasians (K-T) and the descendants of Nimrod with the C paternal haplogroup and the descendants of Sin of the Sinite or Sino Canaanite tribe having the D paternal haplogroup. Aboriginals are descended from Nimrod (C) and Tubal (K). The people of Papua New Guinea have the M and S paternal haplogroup both derived from the K. Cush fathered Nimrod; he was the first on earth to be a mighty man. He was a mighty hunter before the LORD. Therefore it is said, “Like Nimrod a mighty hunter before the LORD.” The beginning of his kingdom was Babel, Erech, *Accad,* and Calneh, in the land of Shinar (East Mesopotamia). From that land he went into Assyria and built Nineveh, Rehoboth-Ir, Calah, and Resen between Nineveh and Calah; that is the great city.

That’s so interesting he thought they were 15, I’ve always assumed Cain and Able were in their 30s or at least Cain was. Cain spoke of a wife, made a city and whatnot, that sounded adult-like to me. But ultimately the question I always wonder is why do we assume Cain and Able were the first two children? But it’s not worth arguing over so I rarely ask it 😂

All human beings have the same color skin which is " Brown ". It's the substance melanin ( so protect us from the sun ) in the skin that gives us our brown skin. Some times very very light brown ( which people MISS call white ) or a very dark brown ( which people MISS call black ). Since Adam and Eve was under the sun ( and naked ! ) they were properly on the darker side of brown. It wasn't until they left the Garden (and clouds formed on the Earth ) and they traveled North and so did not need the protection from the sun's rays. Which then cause the melanin to lessen the brownish complexion.

There is no obvious reason for God to change the physical along with changing the language. Changing the language fully accomplishes the result of scattering the people across the earth. If He had changed physical attributes at that time (which is not beyond His power), we would have been told so.

One question I’ve tried asking through the questions service on the app/website is about paternal DNA haplogroups. It’s confusing how, according to the current understanding of DNA and archaeology, the Israelites, Canaanites, and Iranians all largely belong to Haplogroup J, even though each of them originated from, a different son of Noah. I was sent an article that explained how it’s really hard to tell these things that far back, even a few hundred years ago. If anyone has any physical insight on this, please let me know. God bless.

Following thread for answer
@AdamNisbett
@AdamNisbett Месяц назад
The key is in two facts: 1. They’re “largely” haplogroup J today, but all of those groups contain a mixture of multiple haplogroups. 2. The Bible describes Israel as regularly mixing with surrounding peoples. You have stories of non- Israelite men joining in with Israel (see the list of David’s mighty men for a few examples. Or you have the fact that Caleb the son of Jephunneh, the hero of early Israel appears to be described as a descendant of a non-Israelite man, but was counted as a member of Judah and receives land along with them due to his great devotion to the Lord - see Joshua 14-15 for this reference) and of Israelite men taking foreign wives and melding in with surrounding populations. You’ve also got a lot of pre-Israel Semitic branches that mix in with surrounding peoples. In any mixed group, depending on the rate of male descendants of one haplogroup subset in comparison to the other portions of the population, you could easily have a haplogroup that was originally only a tiny portion of the population end up becoming the dominant haplogroup present a few hundred or thousand years later.
@AdamNisbett
@AdamNisbett Месяц назад
Even Abraham himself immigrated out of the Mesopotamia area and there were likely a lot of other descendants of Shem who remained in that vicinity or migrated to Canaan but didn’t remain separate and assimilated into the populations of Iran and Canaan.
@deanfry879
@deanfry879 Месяц назад
One thought I have is this area of the world is near where Noah ark came to rest. It would not be that hard to see that those who remained rather close would intermingle some, while the peoples who traveled farther would have less intermingling. This is besides the accounts of Israel living in different areas and later being scattered all over.

@@AdamNisbett and I read an article that explained that the meats and the Persians were two different people groups, with one group or other coming from the elites, who were Semitic, and the meds coming from Jeff. And both biblically and historically, the Persians did end up surpassing and supplanting the meds, so maybe their genetics took over.

World wide population growth has fairly recently dropped below 2%. At that rate, we could have today's population in about 1200 years. There are a lot of things that can happen, but it seems like, "Where are all the people" is a legitimate question evolutionists must answer.

@AdamNisbett
@AdamNisbett Месяц назад
I don’t think there’s any evidence biblically that the mark of Cain applied to anyone except Cain himself. It’s only in fairly recent history that people started interpreting the “mark of Cain” as something genetic that was inherited by his descendants.
@PJRayment
@PJRayment Месяц назад
Simple answer: No. All the descendants of Adam and Eve, which means all the descendants of Cain, were wiped out in the flood, except for Noah and his family. And of course Noah was descended from Adam and Eve's third-named son, Seth. However, I guess you could speculate about who the wives were descended from. Was Mrs. Noah, or one or more of her son's wives, descended from Cain? It's possible. But if you want to go down that path, you're proposing the the Neanderthals were descendants of Cain _and_ Seth. But actually, there's another important factor to consider. Cain wasn't born with that mark. God put it on him. Why would we assume that God caused a change in Cain's DNA so that the mark was inherited? The mark was to protect _Cain,_ not his descendants.
@deanfry879
@deanfry879 Месяц назад
That would require the mark to be inheritable. There is no indication it was, nor is there any indication the children were blamed for the sins of their fathers at that time.
@therighttoolcompany868

@PJRayment
@PJRayment 29 дней назад
@@deanfry879 "That would require the mark to be inheritable." Agreed. I made the same point myself, but YT has chosen to hide my response. But also, unless you want to speculate that one or more of the wives on the ark were descended from Cain, then there's no basis for saying that any of Cain's descendants survived the flood. And if one _does_ speculate that, you'd have to say that the Neanderthals were the descendants of Cain _and_ Seth.
