1:12 nasal obstruction that causes mouth breathing.. for me with brain fog in my head and a 'pressure', this seemed to help quite a bit::: I bought a neti pot with 50 solvent packets in the box at my nearest drug store and it seemed to help me for quite a few days afterwards... then i forget about it for like a month and my brainfog/ headache and pressure returned but it significantly helped when i decided to do it again
@@elposho23 occipital nuragaia from neurologist but it's mostly just nerves that are compressed in your neck and back and knots thats cause the issue and of course anxiety and stress don't make any better
@@moxie86 I had same problem but it has reduced with daily yoga , not fully gone but reduced to some extent btw do you feel like pins or ant in your head when you go to sleep or other time
